欲动是何其明显，突尼斯已经基本成功，老大哥埃及也顶不住了，在中东的沙特好像也
有异动的报道。
突尼斯，埃及，沙特这些国家有一个共同点就是经济相对稳定，发展势头也不错，民众
相对富裕，整个社会已经稳定发展了几十年了，但是政治就比较保守，最明显的就是国
家元首基本可以连续执政二十年以上。不过街头革命的意义有多大，成功率如何，对国
家政治进程的帮助有多大，还值得期待。这一波浪潮是否能够轻易化解，穆巴拉克，阿

你在这里用高管在generally对比教授的位置，似乎是缺乏逻辑吧？
比如说：
微软的高管，对应的位置应该是长青藤的院长吧？
Google的高管，对应的也许是harvard的院长？
Google的超级高层，对应的是炸药奖得主？
小公司的普通员工，对应的也是无名大学的普通教授吧？
你如果同样的比较，我还是觉得大学的位置好。我们大学医学院院长，年薪百万美元
，cancer center主任，年薪70多万；我以前的薄厚老板，基础研究的科学院院士，9个
月薪水25万，开过两家公司，很多大公司的咨询。
我的一个合作者，挣扎了很多年今年终于是哈佛大学的教授；他的老婆一直在做医生，

我完全不是这个领域的，今天早上才知道Kobilka这个名字，但这并不妨碍我一颗八卦
的心，略一古狗后，发现他的太太很有意思。
貌似Kobilka在明大念本科的时候认识的Tong Sun Thian, 两人都是Bio/Chem专业。本
科毕业后Kobilka去Yale上医学院，Tong则在Iowa State拿了个微生物的Master(76-78
年)之后，搬到了Yale陪Kobilka，其间，为了陶冶性情，竟然在Yale拿了个东亚历史的
学位(80-81年) [2]。
81年Kobilka医学院毕业后 [3]，两人一起搬回中部。Kobilka在WashU做了四年内科住
院医[1]，然后在85年又搬到当时还不出名的Lefkowitz实验室苦干四年博后，做出了诺
