这个傻逼说基于我的电话记录，其他通话时间有violation.

本来想继续appeal的，回想起七八年前，为了一个PARKING TICKET，历时一年，前后N
多次上法庭。虽然最后independent judge，我赢了case，得不偿失。
只有念七字真咒诀，让法官和city laywer便秘了。 |

拿到绿卡后还要等6个月才能跳（180天政策）, as far as i know, there's no such
official rule, it's only some laywers' own interpretation of "the intention

些机构也提供数据，外人不知道，有些是收费查询的，可能要付一两百。申请时有一问
大致是：你的工资是否达到数据标准，采用的数据来源。。。。当然你差很多就不用费
事了。
也有律师帮助客户用３５小时工作标准，这样依然是FULL TIME。

You do not need to compare your credential to people in other fields,
particularly those with lots of papers and citations.
You need to evaluate your accomplishment within your field. Does your
research record substantiate the claim that you are outstanding within your
field? If so, you can try DIY without the help of a laywer. |

your institute).if there is university counsel for legal issues in oyur
institue, ask your chair talk to him/her. but the best way, I guess, would
be ask around to find out whether there are rule on this kind of issue first.

you and your spouse is $1500 + $ 500 (if approved).
EB1b always requests the company laywer, what you should do is to prepare
all the documents and recommend them to use your materials.

On the other hand, the people who have used your work need not to be the one

your work. They can be independent, as long as they can show that they used

in AOS, then you cannot change to H4.
The good part of change to H4 is that if your 485 is denied, you don't have
to leave the country. But the chance is small. I guess the lawyer want to
make some money.

My question is , when I write to them asking for recommendation, do I have
to mention that I will need two different RLs? Is this make them less
