发帖数: 29 | 8 My case is at TSC. Company laywer told me that relink is succesful on 1/7/
2013 after 30 days request and just be patient. I want to confirm with USCIS
and it is why i sent service request again for reason of "out of processing
time". From USCIS response, it seems that they never touch the case. I
should do this SR right after approval of 140. Company lawyer is not helpful
at all and you have to take care it by yourself.
Good luck for you all who has the similar situation.

requires good company financial documents and proof of affiliations.
Immigration needs a basis of permanent job, not an termed assignment.
Nevertheless, it's my personal experience only, find a laywer to see what's

My laywer says PERM takes 8-9 months or even longer but many Jan, 10 cases

1) to get that letter from previous manager/supervisor first
2) if 1st one is not possible, then to get it from your teammates
3) if 2nd one is not available, to get that from HR, |

can get PERM done, then PP I140 before H-1 run out, you'll be able to renew
3-year. it takes skills to run PERM ad and recruiting process.
自己的事自己要盯紧。我有深刻教训。the company laywer did not tell me there
was a RFE on my first I-140, not response and denied. the consequence was I
missed the 2007 boat (then pay 10's of thoutands more tuition for my child). |

(he left first and then the laywer filed his extension). his extension was
approved without an I-94 and he had to go to canada to get a visa stamp
before he could work.
you are slightly different (you will have filed your extension before you
leave), but you need to check on this. |

One concern is travel cost. You have to travel and stay abroad for at least
1-2 months. Most of the companies don't like that and they chose 485 for
their own interests. The companies are blood suckers and laywers only work
for companies.

earlier years, but may be able to ask my laywer or HR to see if they have a

before then, as the approval date on our notice was 6/8.
if you still haven't heard anything yet, I'd suggest you do SR first. it's
already end of June and once it reachs July 1st, your case's going to be
shuffled with many many other cases with PD later than yours |

I got the email same day but I did not see my card. I guess it will be
tomorrow (7/25).
As for traveling, no, you can not use your AP. You need make an appointment
with info pass and get a stamp in your passport before yoru travel if you do
not receive your physical green card but it is already approved. I have
asked my laywer as I have a family emergency as well. this is his answer.
