我刚发了封信给laywer简单问了一下。回想起来当时帮我填表好像A#也填错了，然后后
面都空的，他说后来会帮我补齐，我签个字就没管了。
我是考虑如果是form出错了，导致AP不批
只要不影响主485申请也就好了 |

纠结的原因是手上有offer.新雇主虽然承诺办绿卡，但是据在这个组的朋友说该公司（
both manager and laywer)都比较拖，预计需要一年半到两年的时间。
现在的组因为重组的原因不是很稳定，同时我还需要重新办PERM.目前正在等广告。
因为家庭原因，对绿卡的需要比较迫切。如果跳槽，可能会耽搁多久呢？

confrontation with a drunk me. So I vent a bit with HR, telling them we have
a strong case, and this rejection is never heard of, and PWC should be very
serious and cautious in this appeal.
I am not going Singapore with LP only having a visitor pass, if LP cant get
her DP, what's the point going to Singapore.
The HR told me, some government entity has a record of my wife. Wo Faint ah,
she's never been there.

employment verification. My lawyer addressed the REF on 9/17/10, and my H1B
extension was approved today.

I found your answer is funny. Why you have to advise people to pay lawyer,
do you work for laywer?
I don't think it is worthwhile to hire a lawyer for 1 ticket, which is fined
at $122 and 2 points which might not increase your insurance at all? Why
hiring a lawyer which actually costs more?
What I am asking is whether people has actual experience going to court,
what is the possibility cop not showing?

我天天宅在家里，我真的是不知道怎么办了，婚姻什么的我先不想考虑了。 刚才jail
的人给我打电话了，给我verifier事情，我就一直在哭。 开来估计是lg昨天晚上一晚
上都没有睡了。 我很希望lg不要承认他打我了，其实说实话，他 也是根本不知道我身
上有伤。 第一次吵架的时候，我堵着他不让他去上班。他也只是狠狠的抱住我，往沙
发上放，然后就去上班了。后来我才发现手臂报过的地方掉了一块皮。。。他根本就不
知道。。。（这一点真的也要告诉jm，不要和lg有肢体冲突，男生就算在小心，力气总

accept "slip and fall" case if they think they will win the case and the
money is not too less. They usually work on contigency, meaning you do not
pay them unless they win. They usually take away 1/3 of the money after
minus the cost, such as filing fee, documentation, etc.. So the lawyer may
accept your case if they think they got a good chance to win.

一般做法是，要么交钱认罚了事，要么打电话给court要求延期开庭，能拖几次拖几次
，然后去上庭，祈祷警察不出现。如果警察出现就堂上认了吧，跟法官说别扣点，你认
罚。
还有一种就是找律师，比如你上庭了，然后看见警察了，然后输了官司，要罚款了还要
扣点。
这时候找个speeding laywer。达拉斯这边最牛鼻的也就charge$150刀，可以保证你免
去罚点，但是得交罚款。如果你要律师出庭，那就贵了。我看这律师说的就是出庭这种。
我认为呢，你罚款总共不到200，花个400请律师实在不划算哪。不如按我说的第二种赌
运气，1年后见分晓。是的，你可以拖延3次。
我听说的一个请律师的比较实际的案例是一有钱小白在限速45的地方开130被抓。有钱
老爹请了律师把儿子的罪免了，罚款了事。
