Lemma 1a: If a|c, b|c, and a, b are coprime, then ab|c.
Lemma 1b: lcm(a,b)*gcd(a,b)=ab.
Proof: Let m=lcm(a,b), d=gcd(a,b). Then a|m, b|m.
=> d*(a/d)|m, d*(b/d)|m.
a/d|m/d, b/d|m/d.
Because a/d and b/d are coprime by the
definition of gcd, then applying Lemma 1 we would get
(a/d)(b/d)|m/d.

400 IM best time for SCY is 4.53 and LCM is 5.33.
We are from east coast (NY/NJ area) which belongs to Eastern zone and she
still has one and half year for 13/14 ago group.
No, we will not come. So far we don't have any meet outside of eastern zone
yet...

lcms某一蛋白，结果显示有大概二十几种species，质量在几十至几百Da以内浮动。蛋
白是在tris buffer里面的。sds page结果看不出异样，请问这种情况可能会是哪些原
因造成的？因为我的目的是想金属标记该蛋白(蛋白本身未加标记)，这么多species一出来，都不知道这
蛋白到底是标记上了还是没有标记上。

品。每个样品做了LCMS/MS后，数据输入Scaffold 软件。然后用“quantitative
analysis” 中选择“Fisher's exact T-test”.得到大约100个蛋白p<0.05.
然后我的问题是：怎么把这100个蛋白分类输出“表达上升的蛋白”和“表达下降的蛋
白”两组？
觉得有的蛋白，在两组重视上升趋势，在第三组中是下降趋势，结果也是p<0/05.不知
道这个蛋白应该是上升还是下降？怎么区分？

during the staining and capture process.
It is a reference for classic sequence of DNA sample using LCM tissues.

做检验的小公司好多，有些经验，再certify了也是个不错的career path.
：如果只是想找个操作仪器的人，这个待遇足够。如果想找个有较强独立学习独立分析
解决问题能力的scientist，这个待遇难。
