目的少花钱，车况尽量好，从维护费用低来省钱，而不是保值
价格（$5k-7k，太便宜了没好货，太贵了不值得）：基本对你要的车型的行情有个了解
，不要太贪心，看查不多就联系卖家，准备看车
具体到车：美国车，一般都是V6以上的才可能买的到,V6 taurus, impala, sable，还
有dodge, pantiac,V8的crown vic之类的.同级别，同年代，历程的比一个dfbb少好几
千块，够你烧好几年87号油的。加上本来就便宜，再折旧也折不了多少
good
里程75K以下（开到90k就赶紧卖掉，因为一般到100k要花$1k保养）
年代尽量新7－8年以内的
google没有设计缺陷（像什么leakage，断轴，杀不住等bad design／recall，敬而远
之）
保养好正常service record一堆（看车时，如果有一个部分反复修好几遍的，说明也许
问题很严重，还没找到问题）

way is to go to the attic and find the source of the water right above these
two spots. Then decide which types of people to call in, or you do it
yourself.
I had a similar problem as yours. Eventually I found out that it is because
the roof had some missing shingles. I bought some and fixed it myself.
Anyway, you have to get it fixed as soon as possible before it gets much
worse. |

not, it could be that there is some broken pipe inside the wall or water

这个房子是2006年建的，因为market开始变差，所以builder就没有卖，一直出租这个
房子，今年market变好才开始卖，有点担心出租的房子没有被好maintain，今天
inspection结果大概如下：
good side：
一年新roof，
crawl basement比较dry，整体还行，
foundation没什么问题，
inspector说没有什么major问题，
问题：
0: crawl basement里面有一点wall moisture ，fungus，
1: new roof在一个接口处不太平，不知道会不会有问题，要请人看那个不平的地方，
2: 外墙是木头的，不过有一些接口处都松动了，需要seal the joint,
3: 后面的gutter被hail伤害的很多，要全换掉，
4: master bedroom门后面的接近地面的木头有water damage， bedroom房顶有leakage
痕迹，厨房屋顶（感觉在二楼的一个bathroom正下方）也有leakage的痕迹，

bathroom. Several floor tiles are cracked and the grout has chipped out of
between many more tiles, and the floor itself is not level. Replacing the
tiles might not be enough because if the subfloor is not level, the new
tiles and grout will also crack. I need to get a floor guy out to take a
look at that and give me a repair estimate.

那个看得清楚，不管baby position如何都能看。
今天看了回来，说心房心室间的瓣膜有mild leakage，左右两边都有点leak，让再过两
周再去做一次检查。照医生的说法，most likely心瓣是正常的，因为echo技术太先进
了，原来看不出来的东西都看出来了。而且因为两边都有，可能不是什么问题。下次检
查大概就normal了。如果再看还有leakage,那也就是继续观察情况，生出来后再看看闭
合了没。
想问一下这边有人遇到过类似情况么？谢谢！ |

leakage: if so, may be just need to add freon: ~ $300
If no leakage, most likely you have a problem with compressor in the
outdoor
condenser unit. Check if you hear anything besides the fan's sound.
Suggestion: get a service guy to take a look. Ask him to test freon
pressure
and try to use a hard start kit to start your compressor.
To qualify tax rebate: either get a condenser with 16 SEER or a 95%
efficiency furnace

Clontech的 3G系统更加灵敏，他们的TRE sequence 和 Tet protein都有变化，3G的
Tet protein 可以识别原来的TRE sequence，但是反过来我没有试过。
感觉好像是3G的Tet protein对 DOX更敏感，3G的TRE会降低leakage |

the integrator output and ESD pad. So the leakage of ESD should not be an
issue. And the buffer offset has been considered when measurement. Well, the
integrator will be used in a large system. I just hope this offset is not
caused by the leakage of the transistors due to such small tail current. I
will make the measurement again using oscilloscope to make sure high
impedance mode. Really thanks for your reply.

There are a lot of possible causes for light leakage, so it is hard to say
