房子的外墙已经完全做好（木质材料是hardiflank,大概这么拼），这样重新加窗会不
会对整面墙损耗很大？窗建好后会不会有leakage？

的人去检查说有Mold,必须做mold remedation后才能修理。mold remedation home
warranty不负责。
上周末我自己过去看了下，确实漏水。从楼上主卧的淋浴漏到楼下厨房的竖墙内。竖墙
壁上目测有少量霉点。下面的厨房橱柜下层柜门内有明显霉味。
原来计划让一个中国师傅同时处理leakage和mold后，找一个专业公司出个mold test报
告给房客，以了结此事。
现在房客提出要求说处理mold前也要出一个Mold test报告,说明是什么Mold,用来决定
处理方案。这个肯定是将来向房东索赔有利。等报告出来后再让专业mold公司开始修。
我咨询过专业的mold公司得知事前检测并不是法律要求必须的。可以根据肉眼判断决定
处理方案。不走保险的话自付费用大致是5k-10k。
请教各位达人
1。临时买个保险，然后通过保险走的办法行得通吗？我担心保险说这是pre-existing
2。有没有好的办法和房客谈提前终止租约，然后他们搬出去以后我们自己在修理？
3。其他的建议。

是oil tank inspection作完，如果没问题的话，closing的时候你肯定得买保险。但是

should be dry and clean otherwise there will have mold, the quick damage to
the wood. The wet mostly shows some potential leakage and very cost to fix
it.

proof it is harmful. if you do not concern about walking in the day light,

不是单指尿里有糖。所以diabetes病人餐后血糖偏高，糖耐量降低。
如果是肾糖阈降低，你的血糖应该不会偏高，而是会偏低，因为肾脏有leakage.
尽管两者都可以造成尿糖，但是应该是可以分辨的。
我想肾糖阈降低，至少有两个原因， 一可能是肾脏有损坏，包括药物性损害；二是可能
内分泌是不是有问题。
咱们版上有好几个医生，让他们来出出主意吧。
如果西医没有结论，看看中医也不错，中医论症而治，小便淋漓不尽，通常是肾亏，男得
通常是阳虚，女的通常是阴虚。可以调治调治。

第一次是07年1月，因为胸痛胸闷进的ER，插了胸腔管，住了大概一周的医院。那次医
生劝他手术来着，但因为是第一次发作，然后自己恢复了，当然也是对手术比较怕，所
以没做。
后来是08年3月，第二次发作，同样的症状，同侧，进ER的时候他的整个右肺都
Collapse了。那次觉得这样反复发作不是个事儿，就做了胸腔镜。术后据医生说，他们
手术中并没有找到Leakage，就把右肺顶端的一部分可疑组织切了，然后用布摩擦，使
组织结痂。当时医生说，应该不会再复发了。
可是08年9月，这个倒霉的气胸又来了。这次好像比之前两次都轻些，60－70％塌陷。
医生也说不出为什么会这样，只是说的确有人就是手术后仍然会复发。那次插了胸腔管
，没手术，自己愈合的。
这次，1月2日，第4次发作，再次进了ER。感觉和第三次差不多，我们倾向于手术了，
因为这样隔几个月就发作一次，真的很麻烦。老公右侧手臂下面已经是伤痕累累了，下
次如果再发作，胸腔管都不知道该插哪里了。我看的很心疼，也很担心。上网查了些东
西，都说气胸就是这样处理的，抽气，手术，好像也没有什么好的办法；另外也没有什
么措施可以预防 |

上一次手术，我不记得是医生没有看到Blebs，还是没有发现Leakage （CT Scan and
VAT),总之据说是切掉了肺部尖端的一部分组织。他的手术现在安排在明天，我会问问
清楚他们会用什么样的Strategey。 |

I guess the biggest loser is AT&T since it lost 6 brand new phone (iphone5?)
. Since the update or add a line requires your last 4 digit of SSN or
passcode, I guess you leaked it someday somewhere. (I doubt this is a system
leakage. Otherwise, you won't be the only victim)

破水到底是什么感觉？
据说有10%的准妈妈会发生破水而进入LABOR。破水的感觉可能会是下面的某一种或多种：
● feel a gush of water that is followed right away by uncontrollable and steady leaking
● a certain type of a popping feeling
● a trickling of fluid or a general wetness of the perineum
孕后期，特别是38周之后，如果宝宝的头下来快要出来，那么发生破水能漏出来的羊水量可能并不多，所以出现液体分泌物千万不要掉以轻心啊！如果不敢肯定是什么，最好打电话给医院或联系OB。
这些水样的分泌物有四种可能，具有不同特点，JMs可根据下面初步判断：

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般
医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新
