我的X200(1日订)今早已经被Cancel了,全然没任何通知,只是如大家一样查不到定单信
息了... 我的公司和Lenovo有协议,有个说过话的Sales,所以打过去询问... 该Sales解
释: 所有在Process中的DOS机都会被取消,无论价格/配置如何,Lenovo的笔记本全部有
协议必须预装微软的Windows系统. 我的机器超过1000刀,而且我们公司全部用Lenovo的
本子,都没用,一样Cancel了我. 另外, 他说当时的网站出现了多处错误,绝非仅仅
Windows的价格问题, Lenovo实际现在在大事化小,悄悄取消这些错误定单.
我问他,那他是否可以给我折扣, 他说尽力, 给我加了Windows,发现金额仍然低太多,于
是只给了一个大约6%的折扣(CPP官价),就再也没办法了...

也继续支持，而且Lenovo还是中国的品牌（LD说我，有愤青的倾向，有点盲目，呵呵）
。总之，我还是希望看到国内的品牌越来越多在国际市场上的，而不是那种made in
china了。有点跑题了。
我在12月1号的时候下单订了lenovo的thinkpad T400，就是CPP那种。当时，大家也都
知道lenovo的网站一塌糊涂的，我当时半夜4点多check out了半天也不行，就打算打电
话去订购了。结果，第二天早上还没有打，就接到credit card 公司的电话说我今天凌
晨有4笔transcation都是一样的8xx问我是不是问题。我这次知道凌晨订到了。
所以赶紧给Lenovo的客服电话（等了30分钟）才通，告知我有4个order，那个客服就帮
着我cancel 3 dup orders, 留下了一个。
完后，事情就开始了，我等了3周吧，还是没有任何消息，昨天打了电话去，一问，说
是4个都被cancel，气，我等三周，什么都没有，而且告知被cancel。我问为什么，告
诉那天12 |

然后开始lenovo十分混乱搞了半天差点又多扣信用卡的麻烦.
客服是老印.说话咬字都不清楚...十分恶心.结实半天又转去一个老美的客服.
最后把问题解决了.信用卡也charge了.
前后起码给客服打了3 次电话.
今天早上收到lenovo的shippment confirm
是不是告诉我肯定就开始寄了?
还是象这里很多人说的.又会拖延?.lenovo.会24小时开始寄吗?还会变卦吗?很担心.
还有请各位帮帮忙 电脑是2g的内存..T400...想多配条2g..要去哪里才能买到便宜的呢
?如果lenovo官网直接买好象好贵...其他地方都没好deal.

上个月从lenovo买了个laptop. 送货那天UPS显示delivery了，但是我没有收到。打电
话给UPS，说记录显示送到了No.14 XX Road(其实我是在No.4 XX Road).UPS告诉我是
Lenovo写错地址了。当时我就怀疑，因为地址什么的应该都是系统直接打印label的。
不太可能出错。于是我冲到No.14，还好那家公司比较nice，把laptop找出来给我了。
我一看label上面的地址，根本就没有写错！
其实楼主可以先去送错的地址试着要要看。如果不行，倒是确实应该和lenovo联系，因
为lenovo是UPS的客户。不过你最好让UPS出具一个letter，说最后Package送到了哪个
地址，然后再和lenovo交涉，会比较快一点。 |

, 好吧我等. 结果ups的tracking 信息说地址不全什么的, 又耽误一个周末, 今天ups
来敲门, 我还想总算是收到了. 结果没有lenovo的包裹, 是另一家的... 再上网一查
tracking信息, 说customer is not available.... 又给lenovo打电话, 号称他们没给
错地址, 让我自己联系ups, 好, 我联系, ups说出label上的地址, 居然是我以前的地
址, 我这次下单就没给过那个地址, 上次在lenovo下单都两年前了! 结果现在ups说会
尽快找到包裹给我送来, tracking 上说是lost package.... lenovo完全不管了, 一口
咬定等我收到包裹再联系他们.
要不是脑子进水不小心点了他家的OO, 死都不会在他家买, 网站做得就莫名其妙, 客服
说话又快又含糊, 神马玩意啊! |

持下国货联想（坚决不买小Jap鬼子的）。 听说outlet 经常有不错deal，就鬼使神差
定了台T410 ($724). 订完才注意到是Refurbished的， 这也就算了吧。 可没想到，
第二天lenovo outlet全部Refurbished laptop 25%off. 我的配置只要$545。立马打电
话和on-line chat要求cancel order 或price match. TNND, 阿三客服二话没说直接
refuse， 只会说sorry for your inconvenience!!. 下午查order status, 已经ship
out。 细读lenovo outlet policy 虽说不能cancel order, 但没说不能price match.
祸不单行呀， 又从mitbbs发现new T420 在SPP只要$688.我彻底无语了， 这是我在USA

次又买了extended warranty到3年，包括机器总共花了900 多刀。没想到年初的时候屏
幕突然不亮了，就联系lenovo把机器寄过去了。上礼拜六，收到一封email说有一个到
多个part back-order。等到这周一，打电话过去，被告知会有人联系我的，留了电话
号码以及email地址。 今天收到email，一个叫Nicole 人说他已经给我打过电话但是这
个号码已经disconnected。且不说之前接电话的人可能把号码写错了，这个Nicole直接
说因为主板上有foreign liquid substance， 这个会damage to the machine，还说这
个不是在warranty。但是，在机器寄走之前，我用外置屏幕启动过机器，主板没有任何
问题。Nicole还在email里附带了三张照片，第一张压根儿不是我的，因为清楚的现实
是T430S,后面两张只是拍了一个局部，根本看不出是不是我的机器也没有机器型号。我

看一下资源管理器, 发现硬盘只有500GB而不是产品描述里面的1.5TB. 噩梦开始了.
立刻发email给订单里面的一个客服, w******[email protected], 结果第二天被告知人家只
管卖, 不管其它. 给了一个客服号码1 877 453 6686. 打过去把故事讲了一遍, 被告知
他们只管warranty, 给换同样的part, 不管这种事, 让我去找"after sale department
" 1866 428 4465. 电话过去, 又得把故事讲一遍, 这个CSR让我put on hold了10分钟
后, 把我转到了他的"higher authority". 我又被迫把故事讲一遍, put on hold了15
分钟后, 被告知我需要一个case number first before they can do anything, 而且
我必须联系tech support, 就是我前面打过的那个6686号码来取得一个case number.

国际市场了。
近2年lenovo北美市场做的真心好，身边好多机构都是用的lenovo。
不得不感概国企的发展。lenovo比起海尔神马的算是给国企设置了一个典范了。

2,配置差一点，还多四十块钱（540$ VS 580$ before tax)，请问这个差很多吗？买
给国内的。
z50是i7 cpu, 8G memory, 非IPS touch screen
Lenovo Flex 2是i5 cpu，6G memory，IPS touch screen

shipped for $20 + tax but this would be the second lowest price for this as
in before that $20 deal the previous best was $30. This one is $25 + tax
and it is on the Multimedia Remote that comes with Holiday Skins but I'm
sure no one cares about the Holiday Skins part.

a while and doing a lot of research, so I hope this helps someone. I
evenutally concluded that right now this is the most powerful portable
laptop available at this price/quality. If you're not looking for portable
and are just looking at the raw specs, I'm sure you can find better deals.
