最近的6去狗我知道有一个拿了7，有一个去马拿了个7。6+离开去狗／脸的很少，统计
意义不大。只是指出完全看个人实力能否leverage
5去狗脸降级的真很少听说。有没有，肯定有。不过还是说回来，看硬通货。脸狗来U面
试级别也不是granted。不过我同意你说的，如果有人面senior，没通过就不应该发降

归根结底，在不考虑leverage（贷款，比如）的情况下，你的资产房子多，那么当然房
子升值越多你越高兴了。leverage的情况下，房子涨价，结果只能更好。
跟你将来赚了这笔钱是要去再买房升级还是套现没关系。
就好比你买了1000股AAPL。然后你说，APPL涨了对有股票的和没股票的都没好处。因为
对有股票的人，如果你想加仓，会花更多的钱。这种逻辑问题大。

这就是为啥宁可要贷款30年有不要贷款15年的。而且不仅要这么做，而且要不断换房，

4，家庭观念重，很多年轻人都是拿着父母一辈子的积蓄付首付
5，投资手段少，基本没有债市，股市不让leverage，期货和外汇市场需要专业知识，

6，文革后的baby boomer一代基本都进入了成家立业阶段，造成所谓“刚需”

lz的情况，如果是deliver之前丢了，就先收集证据吧（driver的电话说辞不行，至少

For some big ECN broker, standard lot is $1,000,000.
If ones uses too much leverage, it is quick to go backrupt.
People trade without stops. That is suicide. Being there done that don't

用option可以得到更高的leverage，
但是缺点是散户量小，不容易实现market neutral。
比如1.37的hedge ratio，你要long 137和short 100个才能实现。
13和10就不那么好，而且不容易adjust，看附图就知道不怎么neutral的情况。
说stock不便于对冲，这点我不懂你什么意思。
这本身就是market neutral的strategy。
我测试过DISCA和AXP（paper account)，追踪了至少2个月，涨跌幅从来没超过3%的，
但是这反过来说明这不是一对好的pair。
别的pair，没有任何leverage，一年可以做到100%以上的也有，如果我实际做stock到

Since you are a small volume trader, chances are that you bought part of a
