the 1st amendement, but notoriously unacceptable to most of people. We
intuitively support the notion that it's WRONG to call a girl the C-word.
The courtroom doesn't always have the final say about the moral issues.

BS. The real reason this kind of things are less in US is because if caught
, the person would be sued for insurance fraud, obstruction of justice,
falsify police report, libel, slander, and all kind of charges that fits.
Could end up getting 10,20 years of prison sentence and tens of thousands in

Even if the banks' allegations were true,
which Newegg no doubt will deny,
the banks cannot possibly be without blame,
since they could not be so inexperienced or
incompetent as to be merrily unaware of the
optimistic pricing all those years.
Rather, it was more than likely the banks
were knowingly and implicitly participating
