Sometimes meditation is easy; sometimes it’s hard. But whether it’s easy
orhard, we have to keep our minds on an even keel. When it gets easy, don’t
getcomplacent. If you get complacent, things start loosening up, like
screwsloosening up in your car. After a while things begin to rattle and
then they falloff. At the same time when things don’t go well, don’t get
upset. Rule numberone in either case is to keep the mind on an even keel.

support (2 knees, one buttock) is on a plane (high school geometry) and very
stable for long sittings.

right knee with blankets to feel grounded, stable, and relaxed.
It takes time to loosen up. Also, if I haven't sit full lotus for several
weeks, one knee also can't touch ground. So it takes frequent sitting for me
to maintain flexibility. |

discount if you tell them you are the test taker. And they also pick you up
in the airport.
The cases are all covered by UW and FA. Nothing really out of ordinary. The

But both front and rear joints are all recessed. Only position I can stick a
hex key (for the screws holding the two together) is when the screw is at
the lowest position. The special tool use by Volvo looks like a half circle
fork with a dent on the tip of each arm so that it will bite two screw head
when you place it onto the joint, so that one can apply counter-force when
loosening the screws.

the belt and all pulleys are right in your face. Last time when I did it on
my 9k, it took a little more than one hour.
The only challenge might be loosening the tensioner bolt without a proper
holder or impact wrench. |

发帖数: 3888 | 37 Ramp is easier to use. Yes it can be a challenge if your car sits too low.
Other than that, you just need an oil pan, a wrench to take off the drain
plug, a filter wrench to loosen the old filter (never use it to tighten the
new filter), and a funnel.
Also have a lot of newspaper on the ground... and some sand just in case.
Remember to replace the drain plug washer with every oil change.
