就不能穿了。
我开始也是力竭,多穿两次就适应了,感觉穿着跟作弊一样,还有一种无袖的,要不买
来试试,另外我们这边湖边三项open water游泳训练都可以租wetsuit,可以租来试试。

I think it's like volley, you are suppose to have a loose grip and knife the
ball, but tight grip works too and it's easier to pick up in the beginning.
When you gain confidence, and better feel, timing etc., you can then loosen

when you double fault few times, you might become more fearful, so your 0.5
assumption might not stand as the game progress. When you don't have double
faults, you get into a groove and 60% might go up. And you might even loosen

Most ppl don't return well, but after few fails, they might just block and

First, You should make sure your grip is not too small. The cause of many
elbow injuries in tennis is related to grip size. If you cant fit a finger
inbetween I would use a larger grip.
Secondly, Try switching racquets. You may be using a stiff racquet which in
turn could be causing you pain.
Thirdly, switch to a softer string (absolutly do NOT use Babolat Pro
Hurricane or Luxilon Big Banger)

Blast 16 on it before, tension is 58ish lb, so I imagine if I were to use

the way to go. In the past I tried thinner gauge at the same and higher
tension and it felt like crap....
I think rpm is copolymer si it's softer than alu, I would just try 52 or 53.
It's true poly lose tension quickly, after strung overnight could lose
close to 5 lb after 1 set another 3 to 5 lb. |

obvious. Fed relaxes more for sure.
Nobody can't compensate shoulder turning thrust with their 10 pound head,
that's just crazy. See if a coach might help out on this. BTW, shoulder turn
is a power generator, not there for accuracy, it's your reflex that creates
nudges into your arm swing that does all the fine tuning.

normal" her, a call is marginal for me for best case a flip, but yesterday
her 2 AQo shovings made me believe i might be way ahead. since she's short,

strategy is:
1. at early position or SB: tight

4. most 3-bet hands are very strong hands (could be as worse as AK, AQ, JJ,

playing tight. When you get comfortable and have more data, then you can
loosen up.
9k hand is not much but being able to break even is much better than losing.

is transparent. It is a huge disadvantage vs an observant opponents.
Loosening up the opening range is probably necessary to go further up the
ladder. I read something interesting the other day. To play LAG profitable,

身心投入到申请学校中,想着一个月就够了,谁知折腾到十一月底才弄完。感恩节期间
去了vegas,刚开始进展还不错,到第三天时已经UP 2700,谁知第四个晚上在威尼斯人
和一个女的较劲,结果严重on tilt,把我的赢的和带来的本钱一晚全输给那女的了。
输完之后只能提早回凤凰城了,还好后来在这边把钱赢回来了。
Anyway,自从我把申请学校的事忙完后,我现在基本就是上班和打牌了。现在3-5上倒
也没说很稳定的赢钱,但自己感觉还是慢慢在提高和进步,然后战绩也慢慢开始变好了
。打了3-5这么久,真是什么牌都见过,什么大pot大swing都经历过了。俺有拿着8
