错，对方的保险公司(All State)认为是我的错，要我们陪，而且对方的statement还改
来改去，先是撒谎说是我也是倒车撞到她，后来又撒谎说是我要开车绕过她。照片上我
的车是笔直直行的，我把照片提供给两边的保险公司，没想到最后的结果还是是两个公
司达不成agreement，要提交到一个组织叫做Insurance Adjuster Arbitration，过程
大概几个月。对方这么大的保险公司也赖帐！！真是搞不明白！
请问我现在要不要直接请律师来打官司？流程是怎样呢？
就是太忙没时间，但是实在被人欺负气愤！再求建议。非常感谢！

车出来，也不快，可能没看见我。
我看她没有停下的意思，越倒离我越近，我就停车滴了她。 可是她继续倒车，一下撞
在我的车头上，才停下。
我感觉撞的很轻，对方也年纪大了，就算了。
可是这个大妈竟然下车，用很严肃的语气说是我的错，是我撞了她。我当然不承认。
我的车头有擦伤，大妈的车没有明显痕迹。
然后我就和她交换了保险的信息。正好有人看见了 当时撞车的情景，我就要了他的电
话，可以当我的证人。
当晚我就把撞车的事报告给我的保险公司了。
第二天，保险公司打电话给我，原来大妈也去保险公司告状，说我撞了她。
保险公司还会继续调查，过两天和我联系。
很郁闷， 如果这个大妈瞎编一些理由，说她的车坏了，要我赔偿怎么办？
我有证人的电话号码，不知道有没有用？ 什么时候要用？ |
