打了电话，但是因为接电话的人普通话都不好，为保险再次确认下，
我持中國護照, 美國 F1 visa, 旅行計畫 (for example) 如下：
5月18日 New York -> Hong Kong (by plane)
5月20日 Hong Kong -> Macao (by ferry)
5月21日 Macao -> Hong Kong (by ferry)
5月25日 Hong Kong -> 大陆某城市 (by plane)
據我所知, 5月18日我到達香港，可以以過境的形式入境。
但是我5月21日再次從澳門前往香港，還可以算作過境嗎？是否需要辦理港澳通行證以
及香港簽注？
另外关于澳门，澳门警察局接电话的人说不用办什么，直接带护照去，停7天没问题。
是吗？

居民赴台观光意愿，自3月28日起，全球27个驻外馆处开放“境外人士申请系统”。美
国地区有五个驻外馆处:华府、纽约、迈阿密、洛杉矶、旧金山可循此管道申办，其他
地区则仍采原制申请。
依目前规定，旅居海外、持中国护照人民，只要符合拿美国绿卡、F1学生签证、在美工
作并且工作达一年以上，三者之一条件，就可提出赴台旅游申请，申请人配偶与亲属也
可同时提出申请。申办者获通过、缴费，将获核发单次入出境许可证。
移民署表示，28日起上路的进阶版“境外人士申请系统”有别于以往申请人必须临柜送
件、缴费及取证之不便，以“一站式虚拟柜台”概念，提供24小时线上服务，从填写资
料、信用卡缴费及打印入出境证，均可上网完成，减少申请人舟车劳顿之不便，缩短证
件审理之等候时间。移民署新闻稿也指出，境外人士申办入台便捷化，期望能带动国内

近几百年来，澳门的名称众说不一，澳门较著名的古称有
（虫＋豪）镜、壕镜、濠镜、濠镜澳或香山澳，濠江、濠海、
马交、妈阁等。“澳门”的名称出现较早。元末明初时期就有
澳门之名，因为那时它的南北有两座高台（现称东望洋山、西
望洋山），高高相对，形状如澳之门，因此，当地渔民就把濠
镜称为“澳门”，一直沿用至今，而其他名称则逐渐弃而不用。
澳门的葡萄牙文名称为“MACAU”（英文MACAO）。外国人
称澳门为“马交”（MACAO）都源于MACAU一名的讹音。关于澳
门的葡文名称来历说法也不同，一种说法为“泊口”的讹音。

(1) China is the only nation in the world that is crazy about so called GDP
of a city or a province.
Please note GDP stands for gross domestic product, where "domestic" means a
NATION.
Just as US is not made up of New York City alone, neither is China of
Shanghai.
GDP of a subdivision of a nation is meaningless. (Federal law of United
States treats Hong Kong and Macao as separate from People's Republic of
China in several areas. See 22 USC sections 5711-5713.

year: "more than Hong Kong's," it is reported without any reference. I
suspected it was "per capita GDP."

也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。
而到了2005-2010年呢，中国排名却又落后到了96位。
也就是说，改革开放时期，中国排名不但没有继续进步，反而大踏步后退了10名。
