司是付钱给我们部门的，只是他们将我们的产品放在自己的仓库里，在母公司的
statement上面只是inventory。在我们部门的账面是revenue，有现金收入的。这种把
戏连购买我们部门的公司都没有发现。外人更不容易发现了。当然巴菲特有可能。
有关Enron，事后倒推什么都可以解释。其实Enron造假有很多年了，直到现在，DA都没
有搞清楚他们的账目，这种复杂的交叉交易给他们open book都搞不清，很难想象一个
外人就可以一眼看穿。
一直有朋友讲造假十年太不可能了，好像我们这么快就忘记Madoff了？ |
