我用，后来版上有MM推荐Metamucil加在prune juice里喝，坚持喝了三四天就好转了，

宝宝出生时可以自己呼吸，但NICU怕宝宝累所以当晚给了breathing tube帮BB呼吸。 我出院当天就给换了个小型的breathing support tube。
老公今天带了我pump的奶给BB，说宝宝又被换了大的breathing tube， nurse说宝宝自己呼吸累了有时会忘记呼吸 （preemie 常见）， 还给吊多一个caffine的点滴，帮助提醒大脑要记的呼吸=( 摆IV的spot还由脚换到手上， 又多了几个bandaid 的地方， 听了真心疼。 可喜的是BB的奶量又加了， 由9CC 变成18/20CC。 希望宝宝要乖乖，健康成长，快点可以回家。 妈妈决定过几天去看你，等不了做完月子了。 求祝福！

了你说的magnesium之外，还有另外一种一起挂，严格说是另外一种先挂，结果医生说
还不保险，又加了magnesium的，这一直从23周开始挂到35周， 24小时X7天， 35周拔
了针之后的一天孩子出生了。连洗澡的时候都挂着针。孩子出生的很健康。医生说21周
左右就已经发育好了，不会有什么影响，胎儿留在妈妈肚子里是最好的，至于什么缺钙
，后天可以补的。而且我当时连自己都不能走路，外出都是坐轮椅，妈妈自己晒太阳就
少，胎儿更少了。好像出生后也没什么，现在7岁了，能跑能跳，健康聪明。就是做事
拖拉，不知道是不是magnesium打多了 （开玩笑拉）。 |

It's Prince Magnesium Pro 110. 12.1 oz. Claimed 110 head size, actually
about 103. Head light (not sure how many points). Grip size 4 1/2.
It was made in the same era as the POG, but one level cheaper.
Wood
Aluminum
Magnesium
Graphite
Boron
It feels almost as elbow friendly as the POG. However, the frame tends
to deform over the years, since Magnesium is not as strong as graphite.
Other than that, it should feel quite like the POG.

Prince Precision Graphite，图片太模糊，偶还以为是mid，
就去了，才发现是OS 110 (实际面积104），//sigh, 但又不好
意思嫌弃人家，于是买下。$10 for 2 rackets. 由于年代久远，
两把拍子的绝大多数grommet都断裂了，等线打断就不准备再绷了。
其他方面保养得很好，包括质量非常好的leather grip.
这个是Prince的第一款Precision Graphite，产于1983年，不是
后来的新版（例如加州洪帅哥用的那款）。只有一个Pro用过:

洒盐 主要是为了防止车道和人行道结冰
车道或是人行道 雪铲的再干净
还是会有残留的雪 白天气温升高溶化成水
晚上气温降低就会结冰
车道清理的完全干净 还是可能被车道或是人行道
旁边的雪堆给污染
车道或是人行道结冰 很容易滑倒受伤的
美国常见的de-ice (ice-melt)盐
有rock salt,calcium chloride and magnesium chloride,
纯的或是混合物
一般说rock salt 会伤车道 是因为rock salt到 0度F 就会结冰
雪溶成水以后会渗到车道里面去 如果气温到了0F以下
盐水结冰 就会把车道涨坏 在美国北部常见
中南部冬天没有这样冷 就没有关系
calcium chloride 或是magnesium chloride 溶解到水里面时候
会放热 可以帮助雪溶化
它们的水溶液结冰的温度比0度F低 所以渗到车道里面以后
结冰的机会变小 所以大家说比较不伤车道
其实只要asphalt driveway有定期 seal

Logan Labs or UMASS soil testing lab (the latter only charges $15 for a

"Magnesium is further down the chart on the galvanic series, so it probably
offers better corrosion protection. There are some issues if you have well
water with sulphur content, the magnesium can produe sulfure oxide, or
dioxide, and put an odor in the water. In those instances, you go with the
aluminum." |

calcium supplementation is recommended but you should be able to get most
of your magnesium from food if you don't have kidney or thyroid diseases.
there can be other reasons causing muscle spasm. if that continues to be
a problem, you should go see a doctor to find out if there is any underlying
disease. |

weeks. They give me magnesium to prevent contraction and gave me two steroid
shot to help baby's lung better develop the night I was admitted to the
hospital and I was on bed rest since then. Last weekend, I was having some
bleeding and contraction so the hurried and took me down and check my cervix
, it is still 2cm same as the first day so they gave me magnesium and

老人能真的帮忙，老大都是在请保姆加老人稍微监督一下混到1岁半然后送了daycare..
. 然后开始着手老二...
没想到我们在生老二前后经历了很多事情，终于有时间坐下来写写，也算是回馈宝版。
生老大的时候，医生麻药打得不好，痛了我10多个小时，好容易宝宝生出来，又遇上胎
盘粘连，在强大宫缩的剧痛中又多痛了2个小时，差点儿被拉去剖了...
这次是二胎，我一直认为会很容易生。周围的朋友，网上的经历都是说生得快的不得了
。我简直完全放心甚至欣喜等待。
和生老大一样，预产期前5天见红，预产期前3天的下午开始感觉宫缩后，于是写email交
接工作。晚上8点宫缩进入5-1-1 （每5分钟一次宫缩，每次持续1分钟，这种的状况持
续一小时）后，时间非常好，因为刚哄睡着老大，把她交代给姥姥，我们去医院报到。
这次我们选择的是我们当地另外一家医院，生老大时那家是妇女儿童医院，特别繁忙。
后来我们很庆幸这次的选择，因为这家医院没有那么忙，所以我受到了非常大的关注。
