发帖数: 1068 | 45 即便是OR，米国搞得也很虚。发OR，MS这两本TOP 杂志的大都是OM系的。但是实务OM搞
得最好的国家正好是日本同德国。MS，OR上基本找不到日本和德国研究者的文章。都是
TMD 米国，法国，香港，新加坡的一群家伙在自淫自乐。特别是Cachon当了MS的主编后
更强调什么Managerial Insights，Motivation这些虚的东西。说白了，还是IE那些东
西管用。但是你如果搞IE的研究，就只能发2流Journal。
想想学术界这帮人搞得狗屁东西同实务界的Ford Line，Toyota System根本就无法比。
但当年Toyota System的第一篇文章也发不了MS，OR，最后只好发到IJPR 这种2流杂志
上。

做商业研究的根本目的是提高实际运营绩效，解决实际问题。
可惜现在太多学术牛刊，发表的东西和实践是越走越远，商学院的研究，闭门造车是主战场，做出来的东西，一是成果不适合实际，巨多不切实际的假设，没有应用的价值，只是为发表而发表，推导而推导，反正学术界承认我的Credit就可以了，第二是没有读者，管理管理，最需要思路和idea的是一线管理人员，他们是解决实际问题的主力军，大家可以去了解以下managerial professionals有谁去看MS，OR。
HBR,SCMR从效用的角度，肯定比MS要强，你可以说他们没有rigor,问题是，你使用rigor创造出了什么？ 对管理实践者有影响吗？
industry 公认，同仁还要努力。

只是奇怪为什么没人提到INTERFACE.要说这个领域的实践性文章，interface 才是最好
的吧。HBR大多是management 相关，OR/OM的文章并不多。
HBR的文章要算credit其实挺难办的。里面的长文章还是不错。问题是出在那些一页纸
都不到的短文上。要说这些短文多有建设性，恐怕也是不见得。偏偏这种文章还很多。
另外，我上面说过，对HBR最不服气的一点是，哈佛的人人手N篇。也没见Sloan的人人
手N篇SMR。即使从学术的公平性来说，算HBR也是很成问题的事。Dallas的排名没算HBR
, Business week 20 和FT40都算。明显是由于这些名单的侧重不同。不过我个人还是
倾向于把哈佛的人发的刨掉再算。
主战场，做出来的东西，一是成果不适合实际，巨多不切实际的假设，没有应用的价值

/= 能泡妞。
身边的好多old boys' club的人物都不是会讨女人欢喜之人，但是他们之间能有共同语
言，能相互接纳和容忍，把事情决策好，这种协调合作的能力，也属于情商的一种吧。
我最近一直在观察这些old boy's club的人物，想学习一下他们之间的合作模式，或许
对我们打入敌人内部是有帮助的。
