Managerial Accounting要大考，一方面是兼职的工作工作量因为吃人的资本家不愿雇
佣新人而陡增，加上本职工作的升级考近在眼前，医院的工作量之大自不待言，而同时
自己负责的成百万美元的合同要在新的财年更新，因此我老拿着卑微的薪水，做着很壮
烈的大事情，一时间不知如何应付，连最亲密的朋友董升的来电也听之任之无法回答了。
饶是如此，我老还是本着照顾中国小女孩的梦想，抽空和小唐一起短暂游玩了一番垃圾
山。这个垃圾山是美国第一个建立在填土垃圾场上的公园，山旁有一片湖水，有野鸭和
天鹅戏水。根据湖边的告示牌，游人是不能在湖边喂食野鸭的，但是总有一些假装不懂
英文的老中，一定要亲手喂食野鸭才安心。
我们去的那天，果然看见一名老中率领一个孩子在水边喂鸭。小唐很开心地看着湖面，
兴奋地后悔说要是能带来照相机就好了。我们在湖边呆了许久，只见微风吹拂着她的秀
发，小唐若有所思地眺望着远处的湖面。过了一忽儿，她眺望着垃圾山上放风筝的人群
，幽幽地说到，要是能放风筝就好了，我和LD听了一阵心酸，暗想一定要好好 |

的一点不多的人性就开始泛滥了，不禁为了她惋惜了起来，表示要和LD在劳动节的时候
一起去探望小唐。
接下来我老开始忙于考试了。
我老的Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting最后成绩在一番苦战中出来了，照
例的，得了个A，足见美国教育水平之低下，已经到了令人发指的地步。
我老的升级考试完蛋了。所有猜的题目一律猜错。这也是我老所能预料到的。拉克已经
不再在我老这一边了，猜题都会猜错。忒衰了。拉克是在小姑娘们那一边的，她们年轻
，又朝气，充满了活力，是昨天的我的模样，她们，是觊觎狮王地位的年轻流浪公狮，
就算输１０次也照样可以赢，而我老，则是年老力衰的哈依娜土狼，哪怕赢１次也还是
要输脱的。
在吃火锅的时候，上海小姑娘小郭就表示在９月５日之前的三天，她不想干活了，希望
最后的几天住到我老家里来，我老非常欢迎。这是我老在亡兵节烧烤会时就希望有的结
局－有机会的话，照顾这些美丽的小女孩一下子。老天总算顾念了我老的不幸，赏赐了
我老和祖国年轻人同处一个屋檐下的机遇。

Managerial Accounting 和 Financial Management 都是 A
而且都是Top1，班里。
Financial Statement Analysis也是A.
三个教授对我的评价都很高。
于是，我就觉得有天赋，tnnd的就转行现在做起了Accountant.
本人原先是做R&D，engineer的。
入了行发现，accountant还是要那一张CPA证书。
于是，又开始看Intermedia Accounting。
说实话Financial Accounting俺没上过，
当时，为此跟学校negotiate很久，因为不上这门就不能选其他课。
我都是选了然后再退，最后七七八八上完了，老师也就不强迫我上了。
三个教授知道后都说我非常inspired...very talented..
论文还给了我A+ <-- Cost Accounting。
tnnd，我就上了贼船，弄得我现在在整个部门最没资历。
啥都当我是外行处理。
求大人们给点意见吧。咱怎样都要考个CPA给别人看看。 |

发帖数: 297 | 45 刚上第一章，这门课的老师实在太差，还是印度口音，加上我听力也不好，自己也有原
因，恐怕要课下多花功夫了，有没有已经修过这门课的桐子们，具体应该从哪些方面努
力啊，我就是把握不住学习这门课程的途径，都说这门课简单，可是术语那么多，理解
还可以，如果出论述题目简单题目，还真的应付不来，有没有有点经验，给我这个菜鸟
传授一下,苦闷中。。。。或者推荐一下比较好的教材。
另外intermediate accounting的课程我也上了，感觉越来越深，是不是多做题就可以
阿？还有没有其他要注意的方面，据说我们的这个老师very good, but very hard。很
少有人能从她那里得到A，上她的课也可以感觉到这种压力，经常超出课本的范围，但
是我还是喜欢，至少可以学到一些东西，每章都会有一个quiz，而且也绝对不简单。
谢谢朋友们了，之前刚上了financial accounting, 没有会计背景，所以想上来听听各
位的建议，交流一下。焦虑中。。 |
