到了部队才知道, 美国人民为了支援前线的将士, 搞了个INTEREST CAP. 在前线的人
LOAN的利率不可以超过6%. PP姐姐费了好大劲才联系上CITIBANK, 说要把RATE从9.25%
降到6%, CITIBANK很爽快的就答应了, 可是没告诉PPJJ, AUTOPAY被CANCEL了, LOAN也
变成MANDATORY FORBEARANCE.
JJ天天打仗, 好不容易上次网, 发现自己的本金多了好多钱, 原来AUTOPAY被取消, 未
付利息都变本金了. JJ很生气, IRAQ还能上个网, 在Afghanistan的弟兄们怎么办. 银
