reasons why I invest in ROTH. I am challenging the view that for same pre-
tax dollar, if tax code has no change, you get same after-tax dollar, and
since ROTH has extra benefits, ROTH wins hands-down.
I say, not so fast, you are very likely to end up with more after-tax dollar
if you invest in traditional IRA/401k vehicle, rather than pay tax now and
invest the rest to ROTH IRA/401k.

我是第一次养孩子没有太多见识和经验，所以列出这些主要是为了给新妈妈提供一些参
考，希望没有误导的地方。说起来比较汗的是那么多的玩具我却只能列出这几样有两方
面的原因：其一、这些是经过了时间考验了的 favorites；其二、以我的角度看这些是
她能真正玩到点子上东西，也就是说她玩的方式方法符合这个玩具所要和所能提供的功
能。就第二点来讲，下面这些就仅仅是个保守估计了，因为我没有列出她enjoy但却是
“瞎玩”的玩具。谁说玩具就一定是要照成年人认为的玩法去玩？如果我能钻到她的小

嘴张开会带动下面放开。生孩子主要靠宫缩力，其次是腹肌和膈肌辅助push，提肛肌是
协助胎儿旋转和娩出的。有一本书讲等胎头出来以后就基本不用push，让宫缩力把身子
推出来，生得慢一点可以防止撕裂。如果有肩难产（1%）就把产妇翻成on all fours（

我在宝宝出生之前买了 chicco key fit 30 travel system，当时挺得意的,觉得配
套的就perfect。用了几个月，出门看到别的妈妈推Britax B ready，顿时觉得Britax
好太多了,娃娃面向自己，位置高,遮阳棚大，于是决心也给宝宝换一个。我的基本要求
是：宝宝可以面向自己，而且可以坐的比较高，容易调换座位方向尽量避免晒到宝宝。
Contours Options 3 Wheel Stroller：这一款是我找到的reversible stroller里面最
便宜的，只要169，且声称大多数carseat都可以和它配套。
Bumbleride Flyer Reversible handle stroller：reversible handle stroller 里最
便宜，250。但它有一个缺点就是座位不能反过来，如果想面对宝宝，只能用

先说一下上面那个妈妈对我引的第二篇文章的理解，我觉得和作者的意图正是反了。作
者所说的是小学的老师过于形而上学的机械强调97%的accuracy, 不让孩子走向更深内
容的阅读。就像在浅水区游惯的人，上了中学后一下子被抛到深水区，孩子不能够习惯
在high complexity text中maneuver, 结果丧失对阅读以及吸取文字携载的内容的兴趣
。就好象读Shakespear的Romeo and Juliet, 你不需要对文字97%的掌握就可以去了解
和欣赏这个作品。这个是让我释然的一个原因，因为娃读书的范围很广，如果是她感兴
趣的topic, 她会毫无畏惧地去读，然后会问很relevant的问题，和我share她的想法和
学到的东西。这包括她竟会去读Time magazine 里一篇关于preemies的文章，以及她可

发帖数: 3343 | 50 We have both Essence(HX3351/02, almost same as HX5611 but it's battery
powered) and 5 series(HX6772,Healthy White). I don't think there's much
difference in term of tooth cleaning power. However, I prefer 5 series for
the following reasons:
- easy to use/maneuver in mouth
- easy to clean. Essence line will accumulate some dirt under brush head,
which takes a bit time to clean. You can find lots of complains from Amazon
reviews.
