。 floating slice就好象平趴，是特殊情况下的maneuver，club level时不时的要用
一下， 个别人天天用，甚至次次反手必用。你儿子是想成为racing driver的，教练当
然不费神教平趴了，练些时候以后，控制球的pace spin trajectory 就成为second
nature，平趴这种根本不是技术的战术maneuver还做不到吗？
slice当然能低的就低，因为可以limit对手的shot option 和 angle. |

一直认为做VALSALVA MANEUVER的时候,增加LV回心血量的(继而引起反射性BP降低和HR
升高).如果长时间的做这个动作,会引起LV回心血量降低(反射性BP升高和HR降低).
有关这方面的问题,到底是考虑一过性结果,还是长时间的结果? |

不够时间啊。
另外问下，FA上老强调不要重复painful maneuver。那么假设一个病人腹痛，先
superficial palpation过一遍，第二遍deep palpation还摸不摸痛处？如果摸了，那
不成了重复painful maneuver?另外你说的注意leg extension是个什么东西？谢谢。

响应小麦版主的号召，简短写一下自己的CS。
准备时间 < 4个星期, 考试材料FA+UW，我前后一共过了有5遍。 因为个人口语不错，
加上时间有限, 没有参加任何小组, 没有请tutor, 从头到尾都是一个人练的。一开始
匆匆过了一遍FA后就参加了NJ的两天班，感觉收获非常大，尤其是学到了如何系统的查
体。所以如果条件允许，建议还是最好参加一个辅导班，会更有把握。
我是在芝加哥考的。当天有2／3是AMG, 其他的有印度的，中东的，非洲的，只有我一
个中国人。 12个cases的病人都是白人，有2个对我态度不是很友好。考试内容大部分
都不难，只有一个是我怎么想都不知道是什么。有一个pediatric case, 没有neuro or
telephone case。总体的感觉是没有FA上那么多阳性体征，大部分就是一个主诉，其

(b) China's military capability can not be obfuscated. Intelligence agents
working for Taiwan and electronic interception of United States are no
slouch.

黑鹰是於1972年按照美国陆军的要求进行设计，目的是替代UH-1伊洛魁直升机。西科斯
基公司共制造了4架原型机，第一架原型机（YUH-60）於1974年10月首飞，与其竞争的
是波音-Vertol公司的Boeing-Vertol YUH-61。最终黑鹰中標量产，UH-60A於1979年进
入美国陆军服役。在二十世纪八十年代末，该型号升级为UH-60L（首架为89-26179），
主要升级了功率和升力更大的通用电气T700-GE-701C型引擎。现在正在研发中的型号（
