CO 的反歧視法跟別的州差別不大，
對於反歧視法保護的對象，CO 的規定是
an individual or a group, because of disability, race, creed, color,
sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, or ancestry。
爲什麽總是這樣的群體或個人被保護，
淵源來說，是因為這些群體曾經是 underprivileged class。
歸於“少數弱勢群體”這個範疇。不是隨便什麽人都可以劃拉一個群體，
然後高舉反歧視法大旗的。
sexual orientation 曾經一度不在條款中，是近年加入這個list的。
政治觀點造成的差別對待，也要看案件的事實支持什麼樣的論證。
就你的例子來說，那到底店主是反奧巴馬，還是反黑人，
如果是反奧巴馬，那麼支持奧巴馬的人是不是曾經 underprivileged ？
屬於不屬於被大眾歧視的少數弱勢群體？
你假設的如果這些那些也都不成立，
你要是看了法官判決中對事實的描述，
就知道這店主的行為確實違反該州的反歧視法。

兩年前的同一天，肯尼迪大法官的就Windsor v US一案的判決詞將同性婚姻合法納入聯
邦范疇已經被
認為是同志平權劃時代的勝利，今年Obergefell v Hodges 的判決下達之前，無論保守
派陣營還是自

这个说法是在justify对自己的种族歧视。
