人发表的数据，想在里面找和我们的miRNA match的。但是发现别人的数据里都是
precursor，而不是mature miRNA，然后给的sequence和我在网上找到的相应的miRNA
precursor的也不一样。请问如何来判断这些miRNA是不是和我们的一样？仅仅看名字可
靠吗？比如hsa-mir-1-1就一定对应也hsa-mir-1吗？

2, Last year, people showed mature blood cell has some sort of circadian

but post transcriptional level. Last year one Science paper.
So our current knowledge may not be enough to explain. |

1。为什么垂直？
－没人知道，有一些推测，但是没有数据支持。。。也算是这个领域的一个有趣的悬案
，我老板自己对这个问题很有兴趣。
2。Procentriole和matured centriole的区别
－组成差别很大，比如appendage只在mother的distal上面，
－另外有很多蛋白只在procentriole (sas-6)上表达，有的只在matured上表达(cp110)
，有的都有表达（centrin..)
-功能的区别研究不是很多。
3.有没有target centriole的药物。。。
－有关centrosome cluster 的小分子筛选做过了。
－有关centorosme reduplication的也做过了。
－一般的centriole duplication 的小分子。。这个就是我的一个子课题。。。
问题是centrosome和很多疾病有关系（小脑症），但是太rare，跟cilia相关疾病比起
来根本没有重要性，而centrosome跟肿瘤的关系虽然100多年前就有人发现，至今也没

1)postive return gurantee, no loss of principle
2)一些liquidy就行。GIC在没有mature的时候是不能withdraw
的。有的有benefit responsiveness条款的，可以withdraw
但很少。
3）Full investment, 不能timing market.
偶觉得private debt的liqudity不够，GIC 总要mature的。
public debt买长期bond，再imunization。

，本来是在外围上窜下跳，压根不敢骚扰chair的，但是鬼使神差，不知道谁把我的简
历forward给chair了，chair就命小秘和我联系，面试一下决定是否给个OB，因为home
school原则上是不允许OB的。
Chair自然是忙的不可开交，面试一下子就约在一个多月后，就是上个周三，结果在前
一天被告知，chair没空，延迟一周。得知面试延迟一周，pony高兴的就象捡了个元宝
，因为前面贪玩了，压根没准备。然后赶紧的把猫猫寄给我的书和录像带草草的看了一
遍，骚扰了一下老刀前辈和二饼前辈，穿上了被大家批驳的suit，今天就上阵了。去了
以后又有小插曲，约的9点半，小秘又临时告诉我，chair又回不来了，临时改到10点了。
好了，前奏铺垫完了，下面正式开始了，一共也就持续了10分钟，感觉自己的准备都是
白搭，到了关键时候脑子就断电。
因为前面改了两次时间，我坐在chair门口的沙发上等，老远看见了chair就站起来，惊

is probably better to keep positive and high spirit while facing the
challenges. After years of difficult residency and fellowship training, for
both AMG and IMG, one then matures from a medical graduate with book

好问题，基本就是在下在研究的问题。。。
1。为什么垂直？
－没人知道，有一些推测，但是没有数据支持。。。也算是这个领域的一个有趣的悬案
，我老板自己对这个问题很有兴趣。
2。Procentriole和matured centriole的区别
－组成差别很大，比如appendage只在mother的distal上面，
－另外有很多蛋白只在procentriole (sas-6)上表达，有的只在matured上表达(cp110)
，有的都有表达（centrin..)
-功能的区别研究不是很多。
3.有没有target centriole的药物。。。
－有关centrosome clustering的小分子筛选做过了。(Malek..）
－有关centorosme reduplication的也做过了。(Thomas Mayer)
－一般的centriole duplication 的小分子。。这个就是我的一个子课题。。。
问题是centrosome和很多疾病有关系（小脑症），但是疾病本身太rare，跟cilia相关
