发帖数: 3232 | 27 昨天下午4：40接到幼儿园电话，说是儿子撞到了椅子，脑门破了，肿了，但是他没有
哭。去接的时候，老师还抱着给敷冰袋呢，说是肿已经消了不少。看他精神还可以，跟
我表达也没啥异常，感觉似乎不怎么严重。抱他去穿衣服，开始有点兴奋起来，跟我说
“中中快跑，撞椅子”，指着自己的破脑门：“这儿！”问他疼不疼，说是不疼。给他
戴帽子的时候，告诉我有点疼，大概是帽子有点蹭着伤口了。收到了accident report
。另外看daily report上说午饭 “love meatball”。上车的时候他自己也跟我说“
daycare lunch吃meatball，吃面面。”面面估计就是pasta了，他反正分不清楚，面条
粉丝粉条pasta都叫面面。问他meatball好吃不，他说好吃，中中吃多多，FT。看起来
头上那点伤是不太碍事，已经只惦记着吃了。
今天大概4：30以后一直是老师抱着给敷冰袋，儿子回到家并不太饿，只要求吃饼干，
给了他一片以后还要，没再给，问他要不要喝奶说是不要喝。晚饭也正常。今天早上起
来再看，肿已经全消了，伤口当然还在，这个大概得2天才能长好了。 |

还有那肉丸通心面,不管是什么价格的，都是那种西红柿酱一搅和，最上面一个丸子。
有一次，我还问为什么才只有一个丸子呀？同行的同事开玩笑说，请注意看菜单，
spaghetti with meatball, meatball 用的是单数。我一下子被这个单数的meatball给

你去麦当劳看其实鸡肉堡的写的是chicken sandwich，而夹碎牛肉饼写的才是
hamburger。常见的汉堡还有碎火鸡肉的。
三明治就五花八门了，夹pulled pork，roast beef，ham，grilled chicken 甚至素的

一般去outlet，顺便吃一次，或者去downtown电影院，顺便吃一次，所以非常的有距离
美。感觉比一般的junk food更贵啊，去outlet很饿的时候吃，也很好吃啊。
今天在正常状态下吃了一次Applebee's。我最近正在努力的健身减肥，所以吃的整个过
程都非常的怒。既然健身那么辛苦，所以我吃一次junk food，都是一定要非常enjoy，
这个东西一定要非常好吃，很值得爽一把，才会去吃。但是今天吃的，实在是非常的肥
，咸，甜，还非常的不好吃。那个spinach & artichoke dip，spinach一丁点，满满一
碗浓cheese。chips刚油炸出来，浓浓的油。ribs巨咸巨甜，配fries。那个新的
meatball pasta，3个肉球，就肉球里面还包裹了cheese。pasta里面浓浓的cheese。
我是很喜欢吃cheese，pasta，meatball的人，美国食物做得好吃的话我都能enjoy一会
会。但是这个是junk food中的junk food，既然这么不健 |

发帖数: 1639 | 35 推荐一下超市里那种meatball（一般在超市的冰柜里）。做汤很好啊！一锅汤2个
meatball就够啦。
切片。加一段葱，一片姜。加水烧开。
（不要放油，肉丸子里面带点儿油星。吃个清淡）
水开后加几片豆腐进去。加适量盐煮。煮的时间可长可短，随意。我一般用砂锅，水开
之后，煮3分钟就关火盖上盖子焖。
（滑豆腐最好，嫩豆腐其次）
准备点儿时蔬，1个鸡蛋
（仅仅前排那碗，后面的是别的菜菜请忽略）
把那些乱七八糟的时蔬加入汤里面。再次烧开汤。勾个欠
最后磕个鸡蛋进去就行了。
这个汤汤比较清淡，也比较营养，适合懒人制作:) |

方子来了。要肉圆嫩（入口即化），一是搅拌的时候用手抓，而不是用筷子搅上劲（那
是有劲道的圆子，别有风味），二是稍稍煎一下就入烤箱烤（25分钟左右）。我女儿狂
喜欢吃我做的圆子。
觉得肉有腥味的，加洋葱，蒜末，parmesan cheese. |

好吧，就做牛肉意面吧。
(先说别问我人家的番茄酱怎么做的，我也没好意思问，闻着很像，尝了一口，很新鲜
，觉得有着孜然的香气.)
意面，煮熟，流水冲洗一下，空水，然后放点butter,回锅，加些garlic salt and
black pepper 调味。
另外带盖子的小锅，橄榄油，放入切成丁的牛肉，炒熟，放蒜蓉，洋葱丁，炒匀，加入番茄酱，然后孜然，黑胡椒，蒜盐，调味，小炖一会儿,撒上fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese就好。 |

我们妞要上托，要带饭（托的饭忒不健康了），
所以咧，我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。
