油，工作大，面对各种类型的病人。许多家庭医生在好几个clinic接病人，也是非常忙
的。对医生的文化和语言交流能力的要求，都是不少IMG特别是CMG不能满足的。另外
family medicine几乎不要research背景的，国内来的千老们，也就被关在门外。
大陆医学生，一般都是内科、外科、专科（妇儿神皮等专科）这么个体系。内科里面再
细分sub-specialty。美国的family medicine相对CMG来讲比较陌生。大家也就自然不
敢贸然试水。 |

有意的人请直接去版主之家申请，既然欧是辞职，只要站务同意就行了。欧撑到新BM来为
止。
这次欧是真的恶心得呕吐了。反正欧想做的事不过是发帖子或者是灌水，当不当BM都不影
响。只是一天到晚这样的事绕来绕去，不舒服，还不如不干。本来事情过去这么长时间了
，旧马甲新马甲上来欧就当不知道，搞了半天又干老行当了。欧也无所谓，辞职了，随你
投诉或者弹劾。
不管你是dianacanada也好，edgar也好，还是其他马甲，欧反对你来当BM。站务要愿意欧
也管不着。反正你一直是认为要有处方权和水平高的人才能当BM的，不过你既然连乳腺钼
靶X线都不知道，水平也只能跟欧姆几个站一起了。

最近经常潜水此版，有些话不吐不快...
ethics最基本的两点是：
1。病人对自身疾病的处置有完全的自主权。
2。医生对病人的任何处理要“to the best interest of the patient"
因此，在这个专业版，回答问题即是建立一个虚拟的“医患关系”（先不说你们很
多人并不qualify）。所以，回答问题也必须遵照 rule#2 "to the bets interest of
the patient"，而不是满足你本人“治病”的满足感或是验证你的书本知识。
但是相信几位班主都是出于治病救人的责任感，肯定也把 rule#2放在最重要的位置
，但请考虑一下：
1。提问的人提供的病史有多少可信度？
2。你本人对于相关疾病有多少研究？又有多少临床经验？
3。你对你的回复有多少把握？10%? 20%?

求医问药虽然不是大板，但是每天提问和解答各种各样和大家健康保健等等相关的
问题，有的问题很有代表性，将来可能对其他的人有帮助。应该很好编录整理，收
入精华区。
现在有很多时间的帖子没有得到整理，而且帖子数量也比较多了。

简单地说，general practice或者family medicine都是通科医生(generalist), 可以
看从婴儿到老人所有人。internal medicine偏专科(specialist)内科，主要看成人。
几乎所有保险公司的网页都有介绍如何选primary care doctors。各医生类别的详细信
息应该都查得到。
