，哈哈，买了模具，周六在家里试验不同的方子。
我把觉得好的方子贴在这里，说到健康和好吃，这个方子黄油特别多，但是没有黄油，
这个madeleine蛋糕就不好吃哦，就少吃两口吧。方子虽然也是网上找的，但是确实是
试验了几个，觉得这个方子比较松软可口。做过戚风蛋糕的人做这个一点难度都没有，
无需静置，立刻就可以做，前提开始的鸡蛋打发好，加糖后再打发两分钟左右，lemon
的皮真的起到了很少的作用，非常的香啊。

本科是国内某工科top学校（专业是工科，但和CS/EE没有任何关系），离开大学快九年了，一直在地方团委干，东西都还给老师了，本科时微积分，线代什么的都还不错，高中还物理竞赛得了奖，小城市高考理科状元，对编程，CS，EE一窍不通，28周岁。
如果找不到Google，Facebook的工作，自学多久可以找到微软，Cisco，IBM之类的工作，也有考虑去念一个CS，EE的master，能不念自学找到工作最好，绿卡移民来美国的。
大学学得那些东西全部还给老师了，要真找到技术工作，不论是哪一行都是要重头从零开始学。希望大家都给点serious的建议，多谢啦。大家都是在美国混都不容易。

I have very long drive way, that is what I do, I recover used hot water heat
from shower, dishwasher, etc. and use it along with some solar energy to
melt the snow. If you regular get more than couple feet of snow, snow blower
does not work to well.
I think you need to cut the grass more often during the peak growing season,

周末去买了yogurt melts和小星星饼干，娃倒是蛮爱吃，可是还是不懂从零食罐里自己

down即使对于没有暴力倾向的孩子也是很严重的事. 我以前碰巧看过一点
这方面的书,知道很多爸爸妈妈为了找出什么会trigger自己孩子的melt
down,会把每次事件的全部过程,甚至孩子在不同阶段的言行表情都回忆并
且记录下来,互相比较,以求找出线索,包括外因(什么话,什么场景,什么环
境)和内因(疲倦,sensory overload)等等,以求在情势发展到不可逆转之前
及时设法缓和孩子的情绪. 孩子稍微大点以后,他们还会把这些经验教给自
己的孩子, 让孩子慢慢自己也可以察觉和调整.如果是一个普通孩子的母亲,
不知道这些是再正常不过了,可是她作为一个特殊孩子的母亲, 跟自己的孩
子为一点小事power struggle,没有给孩子一点empathy, 心里想的是自己的
"exit strategy",你还说她用心,那我真的觉得是过分抬高她了. :-( |
