Ice sheets simmering in warmer ocean waters could melt much quicker than
realized. New research is suggesting that as oceans heat up they could erode
away the ice sheets much faster than warmer air alone, and this interaction
needs to be accounted for in climate change models.

神通广大的生物医学版，
96孔板做RT, 一排是4个样本，1个共同基因。
这些样本最后都有threshold cycle，但是两个样本没有melting curve （none）。
这到底是为啥呢？
肯定不是cdna的问题，因为其他的primers都work的不错。
觉得也不是primer的问题，因为其他样本有melting curve (偏偏就是我的KO没有。。
。。)
google了一下没找到符合的说法，基本都是有melting curve，没有amplification。。
。。
我是不是应该跑胶check一下。。

了班和LD杀过去。
另一番惬意的生活。
贝勒府 The Melting Pot留下了满深的印象。一是典型的西式服务，还不错。环境好干
净，单身的话泡妞还是很不错的，已婚的话气氛也还好，LD多年后还时有提起。
饭后的甜点也相当的好，可以拿冰激凌唰hot白黑巧克力锅。
最最印象深刻的是当时唰了6只虾，被鲜到了，还叫了服务员问是设么虾，曰：tiger
shrimp。LD以后买虾只买tiger，但总是没吃出那个味道。直到很后来才领悟到，那要
非常fresh 的才行。

觉得对身体的destress， re-alignment
非常有效。用的foam roller 比一般的软。
不会造成龇牙咧嘴那种痛感。heavy workout
后做 MELT 整个人感觉一新，消除了肌肉的疲惫
感。据说还能防止受伤。

figure out how to characterize the homogeneity. But should be the more
homogeneous the better. Regarding pulverizing, for some polymer pellets,
they are not easy to grind in fine powder form, even in the freezer/mill,
and that's the reason I would like try melting blend. But if you have some
suggestions on pulverizing equipment ( not the freezer/mill as I tried), you

是一个有机分子，做TGA，循环多次。第一次升温到熔点的时候很正常的有吸热峰，然
后冷却下来的时候有放热峰，正常。奇怪的是，再循环一次的时候，升温到熔点时吸热
峰没了，降温也没有放热峰；提高最高点的温度也没用；多循环几次也没用。最后的样
品变成了film一样的东西（一开始是粉末）。很confuse.大牛给解释解释。最好有些什
么应用。 |
