是网上除了正规雅典马拉松的信息以外，关于自己跑这条路线的信息几乎没有。从微信
跑群得知春上在他的memoire写了他夏天跑这条路线的经历。找来书一看， 才发现他是
从雅典跑到马拉松的， 而且有一个van随行，所以对准备补给之类的借鉴不大。不过他
书中对炎热天气的描述给了我很深的印象，再加上知道从马拉松到雅典有一个漫长的上
坡，所以定位是fun run，不求成绩，只求跑完。如果供给有问题的话，就坐公交车回
雅典。
跑前一周在一个岛上开会，除了爬山游水外， 一个迈都没跑， 算是彻底taper了。跑
前一天下榻到雅典的旅馆， 从前台打听到去马拉松的首班车是 5:30am。睡了午觉后从
旅馆步行到马拉松的终点（the Panathinaikon Stadium ）去踩了一下点。晚饭carb
loading 吃了意大利面条， cuscus, 和pita bread。早早地打道回旅馆，怀着对第二
天的满怀希望坠入梦乡。

取胜，有点虎头蛇尾，从文字的角度讲，就跟同期看的的memoirs of a geisha相比，
还是后者好很多
说到Harry Potter，我这个周末终于看完了，我觉得最后的故事跟古龙的七种武器很像

书作者，就像这里被评价的有点夸张。
不过一战、二战之间的奥匈帝国／奥地利確是很有趣。

musil 的《the man without quantities》（中译：没有个性的人）。

都讨论它，琢磨它，能拿它养家糊口，赚钱吃饭，然后慢慢的就有天才出现，集大成，
总结，升华。
大部分都是利益驱动在先，用脑子琢磨的人多了，总有一两个牛的，反过来提高了形式
本身。
比如京剧，现在成了国粹，多高雅似的，最初的时候，一定是很流行，很多人捧，很多
人演。
再比如雕塑，很有年头的一门手艺，也有大家出来，最早的时候，雅典城里头，雕塑的
数量比公民的数量还多。
一定先是门手艺，是门职业，先谈技术，可练习，可操作，然后是小概率事件，出了个
李白，出了个莎士比亚，出了个金庸。
所以说，所谓的先锋行为艺术，在温室里诞生，从没大范围流行，只会越走越怪，哗众
取宠。
我知道这么说有点坐井观天，但是掉丝的身份决定了我这么认为。
从这个角度讲，诗歌已经死了，古典已经死了，就象京剧也已经死了一样。
我读的这些，不是主流。什么是主流？哈波是主流，金庸是主流，纽约时报，亚马逊排
行榜榜单上的那些是主流。
对我来说，我读的这些，不过是亚马逊books下面的一个分类，

对Arthur Hailey的书我也印象很深，《大饭店》里有个运气很好的小偷，很可爱。同
一时期我还看过一些Dick Francis 的‘通俗’小说，专门说赛马界里各色人物。前一
阵版上在讨论的John le Carre 的间谍小说耐人寻味。扯远些的话《Memoirs of a
Geisha》也算内幕？不过其实要主要想看内幕还是纪实文好，比如 Tracy Kidder的《
Soul of a New Machine》，版上bos推崇的John McPhee.
Saul Bellow 那辈里 Kurt Vonnegut的 《Slaughterhouse-Five》是绝对可以试试的。
