，一早上收到ISS邮件说不给办理，学校明文规定必须一年之内答辩，不然不给extend
i-20。我又回复重申uscis在2013年的policy memorandum并且告诉很多学校已经update
学校policy和USCIS一致。焦急等待iss回复的同时，又找了advisor帮我打电话给iss
（他在出差，答应明天再打），同时又在iss网站上看到有一个工作人员是中国人，加
了她fb要了email地址，再次给她发邮件重申policy（我都想直接邮件给director了）
到底是中国人互相帮忙，她立马回复我，然后说他们会跟director开会商议再回复我。
焦急滴等待几个小时后，iss终于给我回复说会给我办理，并且发了uscis的条款。贴上

零，我严重怀疑你的special mem account小于零了，ib每天收盘前10分钟检查sma.
没被liquidate过，打个电话问问吧，实在不行盘后卖点，把那个数搞到正数就行了 |
