backend and ASP as frontend. the tricky topics here is
1). Donot include DISTINCT keyword in your SQL statement, otherwise, an error
will be thrown.
2). Try to address MEMO field as the last column in your SQL statement.
or
3) Seperate your SQL statement into two. For example,
select other_field1, other_field2 from **** ; and select memo_field from ****

Constitution是最有权威的，然后是IRC（statutory），然后是Administration Law（
Regulation），最后还可以引用case law。希望有帮助。 |

其实也不能说是微信，它只是微信界面风格的记事本！
这个记事本最主要特点是能够在离线状态下工作，不需要WiFi就能把事情存放到机子里
，可以按不同的主题归类，就好像微信上的群组，每个主题上都可以加入文字，声音，
照片，位置，手绘等，它们会按时间先后排列。记事本可以整体加锁，或者单个主题加
锁。随时可以加上一个事件提示主题，把所有的约会，生日等日期加上去。

1. 如果已经批准了的LC后来被否决或是取消，劳工部将通知CIS及DOS。言下之意所有
的I-140及I-485即便批准了都有可能取消。
2. 延长H-1B超过6年期限时，CIS必须要看批准的LC外，还要看I-140得收据。因 为LC
是六个月有 效。如 果没 有用 来申请I-140，申请人不能以LC来申请H-1B的延长。也
就是说你以前在A公司的LC若 没 申 请 I-140不 能拿 到B公 司来延长H-1B。
3. 如果你的LC被否决，但是仍然在上诉期间，除非BALCA做了最后的决定，你仍可以用
这个LC来延 长H-1B。
4. 如果你I-140批准以及I-485已经送出，如 果你的绿 卡排期还没 到，这时才能申

revoked for FRAUD or MISREPRESENTATION
也就是说除非查出作假，一般的取消没有关系。
当然,memo这个东西的可靠性就比法律要稍微差一点了，不是说不依靠memo办事，只要
memo有效，移
民官肯定会根据memo办事，但是说不定哪天来个新memo。不过看起来可能性不大。因为
近两年出的
memo，除了那个H1 memo之外，其余的基本都是往宽里放的。
饭大律师闹的笑话就不要提了，上次他说他们的一个客户交了485还用H1B，结果485被
拒了，幸运的
是，因为客户在用H1B，所以可以继续extend H1B，同时想别的办法。而且饭大律师说
，因为140批准
了，所以客户理论上可以一直延他的H1B。完全无视移民法说的H1B延期只有在485还
pending的情况下
才行，一旦有decision了，就不能延了。

读事后诸葛亮的文章对我来说根本没啥价值，我写点马前炮的tips让你打开思路，我不
是老川闺蜜，也不是FBI，信息全都是来源于公开，所以不保证预测100%准确，但我能
自圆其说。
国情咨文没啥悬念，晚上看直播就好了，我要说的是memo的爆发时间。昨天晚上国会表
决通过释放memo给公众，4页纸已经送到老川手里，老川有5天时间决定是否释放给公众
，也就是说，从我写博起随时都可以公开。
有人说老川没准在咨文前公布或者在咨文会上朗读，根据我表舅爷的邻居的二大妈的侄
子诸葛亮判断，这种可能性很低，因为老川要显摆的是他的经济成就，不希望这个memo
冲淡了他的成就和对今年的改革计划的关注－－基础设施建设。移民改革没有那么迫切
，是逼民主党就范的棋子，成当然好，不成下年在开始也不晚。memo不用那么急出手，
先飞一会。
那么最佳memo释放的时间是什么时候呢？2-3天以后应该是最佳时间，治国成就和政策
