fill up the gas tank, as much as you can.. when the tank is empty, it would
leave too much room of oxygen and condensation... causing errosion in the

if you plan to keep the car long.
if yours is German car (5w-30 is typical for German cars), don't mess up

would stick to wet paint.
you can install flooring after the paint dries. Otherwise, wood dust will
mess up your paint.
If you paint after installing the flooring, then make sure you clean up your
room. If there is a lot wood dust in the room, it will mess up your paint

back to you typically in 30 days. After that, everything is clean.
Btw, u could try checking Transunion & Equifax also. It is possible that
they also got messed up. My Transunion was messed up with the same person on

，基本上任何事她都是带头的，尤其画画，大爱，班里有什么板报这类的，绝对的她是

上初中前，自己要求去上GATE学校，加拿大的GATE学校是公立的，不收费，要经过一系列的
interview，整体IQ大于一个值就可以上。现在上了快一年，麻烦不断。先是Nowa事件，喜欢
上了一白人小男孩Nowa，可Nowa喜欢另一个白人小姑娘，那个小姑娘又不喜欢Nowa。她
把喜欢Nowa的事告诉了别的小朋友，结果就传开了，大家时不时拿这事取笑她，她觉得
大家对她mean，回家就不开心。为这事，我姐我姐夫开导了很久，有一天回来说她突然
觉得不那么喜欢Nowa了，这事就算平息了。
最近又不开心了，原来Nowa喜欢上了个香港小姑娘，她觉得那个小姑娘又漂亮，成绩又

工作确实赚钱比较多，请人比我放弃工作自己做便宜得多啊
好象我只管一周洗两次衣服，哦，还有每天刷厕所。每天刷也就是每天3分钟啊！
当然我娃确实不会每天MESS UP
他从幼儿园回来吃完饭都6点多了，基本就是玩玩拼图，积木，车，玩完自己都收干净
，如果我给放得不是原来位置他还要自己过去给放同一个地方，小厨房也玩，玩完也收
，最MESS的就是PLAY DOLE，我给藏起来了。。。收拾太麻烦，反正他DAYCARE都有的
。再有就是画画。还要看20分钟动画片，还觉得挺赶的，7点半就洗澡，7点45上床，讲
故事到8点，关门走人了。
周末一般都出去玩的。
所以我家卫生，基本就是厨房钟点工每天做饭打扫了，很干净，一周大扫除一次。1，2
个月我再找一次老磨那种PROFESSIONAL的清洁。 |

还建议妈妈们少给孩子吃什么omega-3这种东西。都是人工的，弄不好mess up 了
immune system，会有长期的恶果的。
建议看看Gerson's Therapy的theory， 一个主要观点就是癌症的来历就是大量的人工
处理的food intake，mess up了人的immune system，最后监管机构fail了，癌细胞就
肆无忌惮的生长了。我看了很受用，从此对processed food视作大敌。 |

完。自己也觉得压力山大。娃动不动就要求新曲子妈妈先弹一遍我听。目前车尔尼之类
的基本功不练还能吃吃老底忽悠下。再过两年估计也得跟老师再捡起来了。人还不许你
mess up.....说你要求我不厂mess up, 你也得一样.........
这个commitment 真不是那么容易下的。不过总的来说，托老师的福.娃还是有兴趣，也

事一般会帮忙，尤其你如果buy him a lunch or coffee。
压力是好事，能让你进步，但如果准备不足造成mess，会mess up你现在和今后的工作
。所以还是建议你能坦诚布公地去跟你老板说明你刚来，英语还没达到能准确无误地做
会议记录的地步，你非常愿意做，而且相信会越做越好，但现在最好能有人帮忙复核，
同时请他理解如果你犯错。
咱亚洲来的确实在沟通上有问题，有困难遇到问题不敢跟老板说。其实老板希望你能告
诉他你需要什么，这样能让他更好的管理，而不是让他认识到你的问题再来处理。
还有就是看你老板，如果你老板nice,你可能会得到很多帮助，而且能够在他不断的帮
助和鼓励下不断进步。如果老板tough, good luck吧。 |
