billing system is a mess so they often sent out wrong bills. The first bill
we got was over $1000 for a 2-br apt.
My suggestion is:
1. you really have to be patient on their investigation.
2. Meanwhile, collect evidence and prepare to call and write to their
regulators and also prepare to sue them, if the investigation result is
against you.
3. Keep the evidence in case they mess up again next time.

时间系统，不一定是什么相对论的问题。
还有，在蚂蚁看来，人的一秒像它们的一分钟，你认为蚂蚁活得短，
那乌龟还认为人活得太短了呢。动作越慢的动物，相对时间活得更长。
时间不是绝对的，是你的感觉而已。
再往深了说，时间是不存在的，是因为你感知了周围变化才有时间
的概念，一旦什么都不变了，时间就停止了，呵呵，但愿你能理解。
总之，干什么事慢点，长寿，但别停干事，至少要喘气，好让时间走。

佛教所有的早期经典都是口述。 口传最大
的问题就是死无对证，夸大，遗漏，故意
非故意误传谬传。 有1/10是真的，已经很了不起了。
道家道教都是源于道德经。 而道德经
也是老子（本身是史学大牛），根据周朝几百年
积累的皇家传书，甚至集商朝几百年的
历史经验之大成。当时还有很多同时代
的学者分布着周朝首都和各个诸侯国，
所以道德经是经过Peer review的。

The only problem I have it that when some people from India visit a Western
Country they cannot adjust to our culture of using a toilet. I have had a
guiest staying at my guesthouse (a beautiful petite Indian lady), who
defacates on the floor, leaves it there for us to clean, and uses our
beautiful white towels (which everyine else uses for bathing) to wipe
