关键是这个case是单侧的， 所以很容易被认为是出血。 metabolic一般是bilateral。

从4月25日宝宝出院后，我们对他的饮食特别注意，到目前孩子一切稳定。医生们决定
暂缓他的肝移植，不过还在那个list里面，只是不参加排队了。
我们在家唯一做的就是注意孩子饮食，不吃long-chain fat。现在我们越来越怀疑孩子
的病跟他的饮食有关。可是我们能得到的帮助很少，大概因为孩子在西雅图儿童医院
PICU里面的时候他们给他吃了不少long-chian fat，当时孩子吃了后变得很糟糕，我们
任何要求查metabolic的要求都被他们回避了，他们现在就是坚持说肯定不是metabolic
病。
第二就是他的pcp，还在三个月大的时候我们就说孩子脂肪便，特别油腻，是否孩子消
化有问题，可是医生多次说他们见过很多，非常正常，不要担心。。。 所以pcp也不大
可能积极帮助我们。
我们目前饮食上总结的结果是：
不论milk-based还是soy-based的普通奶粉孩子吃了都出问题，造成现在的肝硬化。
9% long-chain fat的奶粉(elecare)吃了孩子基本能维持一定的健康水平.（比较差）

worthwhile to look at?
Regarding the anti-oxidant and metabolic coupling capabilities, aren't these
two functions are coupled to each other? I mean along with metabolic
coupling, the glia will produce ROS and that will require them to be able to
handle the ROS, therefore anti-oxidant role. Could you be more specific?

For metabolic coupling, glia are largely glycolytic relative to neurons. Yet
, they provide substrates for OXPHOS in neurons. Glia covert glucose to
pyruvate, then to lactate, which is transported to neurons and converted
back to pyruvate to enter into the TCA cycle and OXPHOS.

For anti-oxidant capacity, glia are far more resistant to nitric oxide and

的一个，本来是针对欧洲人的，欧洲人历史上经历过一个短暂的寒冷时期。北欧比南欧

我觉得这个说法更靠谱：
首先，“30%的华裔与日裔患者体脂过高，欧裔和非裔患者则有60%至80%，印第安人和
太平洋岛民患者则100%都体脂过高”， 也就是同等营养条件下，太平洋土著和一些美
洲土著最容易肥胖，非洲人第二，另外一些美洲土著第三，欧洲人第四，东亚黄人垫底。

生化14项、血脂、维生素D等等一共10项内容。过了几天收到账单，保险公司一分钱没掏，全算到
deductable里，没算成preventative care.
打电话过去咆哮数次，到目前为止给的理由是，奥巴马有个医改，依照这个改革，常规体检验血的内
容有很大变化。你账单上列的项目不在巴马医改后的验血常规项目中。
问对方，你们年检包括验血么？如果项目正确，billing code正确，你们给不给包100%?
对方说，是。
又问对方，如果一个bill里的部分项目在报销清单中，部分不在，你们会不会分开计算。
