这个领域出来很多年前就有了，比如常用的chemotherapy的药是 target nucleic acid
metabolism的。正如你所说，这类药的副作用大，原因之一就是metabolism是人的正
常细胞所必须的，从这个角度看，target metabolism 挑战性很大，这其中只有IDH是
个例外，因为它在cancer里有突变，并由突变产生了新的功能，所以原理上我们可以设
计药品只 target 这种新的功能，从而spare normal cells.

Adult stem cell通常被认为quiescent，怎么可能与Cancer“有一样的metabolism
profile”？
就好比一个人刚跑完200米，一个人在睡觉，你期待这俩人心跳相同？
stem cell只是一个概念，说这类细胞有分化的多能性，并可以自我更新。实际上不同
组织中的干细胞的行为差异巨大。
举个例子，intestinal stem cell： （1）人与人不同。（2）肠道中不同部位的stem
cell不同。（3）同一Cell不同时间不同。
我个人从不期望stem cell有均一的metabolism profile。我现在做的，改变stem cell

我的课题是P450酶的药物代谢以及简单的酶动力学。因为用到很多分析化学的试验方法
，之前一直把自己的就业定位在药厂里做分析化学或者drug metabolism的工作（PK/PD
的软件我和学长们都没见过，估计药厂不会找我们去做PK/PD的工作吧？）。但是我来
美国这三年药厂似乎是每况愈下，裁人不断，现在不少有经验的学长和博后都很在为就
业问题头疼，市场上貌似积压了很多人才，身份问题也是个坎儿。前辈们觉得这个就业
市场近几年能有所改善么？
本来想着不行就回国去张江药谷做drug metabolism，但是看了看国内制药公司的网站
，发现很多公司都把仿制药物当块宝，而真正需要做drug metabolism的貌似很少，不
禁又开始为就业发愁。
我是坚决不想做博后的。现在想到这么一条路：我再花2-3年时间把博士拿到，之后能
找到药厂的工作就留在美国，找不到就回国参加司法考试之后找个律师事务所做个专利
律师，或者在国内药厂里做专利申请的工作，不知道大家觉得行不行得通？

4月9号进ER， 今天4月15日， 6天过去了，宝宝今天还算稳定。给大家说说一些事情，
寻求帮助并希望对其他父母有些借鉴。
第一: 几乎我们接触到的绝大多数医生都不仔细看报告，他们根本就是按照程序准备换
肝，没有一个人相信我们家的宝宝能保住他的肝。这时候如果父母不给孩子最后一线希
望，孩子肯定没法独自战斗了。
第二: 就是医生们现在都很专业，导致很多事情互相扯皮。在我们家宝宝的情况下，就
是杀人。我们一再强调孩子这个病跟长期食用奶粉反应不好有关，所以任何奶粉都得非
常小心。结果他们给孩子的奶粉30个小时内，孩子各方面情况全面恶化，被迫再次大剂
量输血浆和ffp. 以后要成为医生的网友，父母有关孩子生长详细信息的话一定要认真
地听和思考。对于一个小个体，医生的固执就是一个肝或一条命。

在table3里列了很多研究转基因玉米及其他对动物的影响。在这个就有好几年研究啊。
这些研究结果都没发现转基因比传统育种的更risky。
不过我觉得我的确太闲了。
