是不是得写Yes，还得再附说明。
他的I160上如实写了参过军，签证没有问题。不知道这里有问题吗？大家谁有经验吗？

Interview当天我们到的比较早，开始警卫不让进去，我说我们需要用厕所，因为开了2
个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就
在门口的椅子上等，他们也没有赶我们出去。后来快到预约的时间，警卫就让我们进去
了。
在里面又等了很久，一个女的移民官来叫我们进去，让我们把东西放在椅子上，然后举
起右手发誓。要了我们三个人的ID，然后就开始翻材料问问题。
问了妈妈的名字，生日，现在的地址，就是女儿家的地址啦。然后就问当时签证来的时
候有没有打算留在这边，妈妈声音很小，因为没有准备这个问题，她大概也不知道怎么

移民局又开闸了，于是大伙儿全来趟这浑水。不管是 140 还没填的，抑或是 pending
的，更不要说批了的了，尤其是七月二号没赶上车的，大家一齐冲向 485 高地。
485 填表战，又开始了！
有的同学过于紧张，简单的问题也不敢把握，向白老师 (xiaobaitu, 呢称 XBT, 又称
小白兔 JJ 或 小白兔 MM) 求助的贴子是满天飞呀！就象北京春天的柳絮。
老师和系主任咬过好几次耳朵，建议挂个咨询公司的牌子，向白老师问一个问题的收一
毛钱，＂在线等＂的算 Premium Service 多收五分。系主任胆子太小，今天老师还说
，我们动手罢！他却总说道Ｎｏ！——这是洋话，你们不懂的。否则早已发了。
所以老师抄起剪子和浆糊，助白老师和其他大侠一鼻之力。

按照我的理解，这句话应该翻译成：一个妥善规范的民间武装是保障自由国家安全之必

这个原文是有很多嚼头的
1. FREE STATE 是有语境的，不是绝对概念，臭老九所谓的“暴政”主要还是说的是宗
主国。说白了当时FOUNDING FATHERS就是一群乱臣賊子，为了保持割据状态，降低被帝
国清算的概率，拉了这土地上所有人入伙
2. REGULATED，禁枪就是REGULATION的一种，我们左棍关心的是这个REGULATE的线划在
哪里，而右洞的理解是任何管理都是违宪，谁在打脸，都看到了吧
3. ARMS，这个词的概念是随着历史演变的，当年那个火铳跟现在的枪能比吗，你要家
里放着当年那种散弹枪，谁也没说要缴你的械

第一，那个时代枪是土枪，打一枪，要重新上弹的，而且枪那么长，不可能隐藏，所以
不存在大规模公共场所用枪屠杀的可能
第二，里面说的well-regulated militia，到底是不是指一般人，完全是有争议的；翻
译成中文，民兵是指你一般人吗？你这样的，完全就是不学无术，被NRA洗脑的货色。
我不认为，写2nd amendment的那些人，本意是允许任何一个人，拥有短时间可以杀死
几十个，上百个人的武器的。有些红脖子州，买个枪，比买个酒，租个车都容易，18岁

1。这是宪法，不是移民法，改起来，比登月都难。还有，什么是美国精神，就是
freedom of speech和freedom of firearms。
2。美国别说禁枪了，就是加强对枪支的管制，都很难，为啥？其实是没有群众基础，
老百姓不愿意。美国三亿多人口，有九千万枪民，拥有3亿枪支。这些枪民，大部分，
从小在枪文化下长大，玩枪长大的，你和他们说禁枪，估计都不带理你。打个比方，老

文章，刚才搜了一下，找不到他文章的原文，但是有人引用他在1960年发表文章中的两
个观点总结，似乎有很大的偏差。
这些都是正常讨论，观点不同很正常，时代不同，以我们这个时代的认知，去讨论一百
多年前的结论，不那么简单。你能讨论到这个层级，下些功夫去看美国人的学术文章，
相当具有水平。
威力提到的不是每个家庭都适合拥枪很对，不过威力战斗的方式太拉风，呵呵。另外楼
上，鱼版本来就是交流的地方，给威力歪楼是不对，已经道歉，我没开枪支主题，只歪
了楼。我的帖子都会自己删除，交流过了就可以了。
