经济学的基本假设是人是理性的 -- 给定目标函数和约束集合,就是一个求解
constrained optimization的问题。在很多的经济、社会、政治领域,经济学已有的模
型具有强大的解释力。
而预测能力,取决于目标函数是否合理,约束集合是否合理,尚未被模型化的随机性是
否真的是随机的,还是我们缺失了刻画可能的机制?更重要的难点在于人类的预期是
self-fulfilling的。预测明天加州地震,加州并不会真的地震。预测明天股市会大跌
,可能真的就跌了。
你提到的人性的非理性,确实是最近经济学里的前沿进行时,就是很多人类的行为,看
似偏离了传统的理性人假设,被称为misbehaving。有些misbehaving是随机的,对于模

your conditions, may be some more work or better grade next time. Try your
best to avoid any direct confrontation with a student. I hate the

一同班同学,英语口语学校考试常年3级。要求是一级才能独立授课。后来在一个烂校
教书,但是非常认真,用心。此君说,只要你对学生用心,学生能感觉到的。accent
means nothing。他有门课拿了4.5/5的evaluation。还有个学生评价说是他遇见过的最

我和我这个同学一样,都是英语在本校不够资格上课的.我自己口语也是考了N次只能到
3级。我的那口音,不仅能听出我是中国的,还能听出是中国南方的。,在附近烂校教
课。我差到不敢组织课堂讨论,不敢问复杂的问题,因为听不懂...也是在一个烂校教

别的学校我不知道,Stanford有两个机构负责这种事情,一个是学生生活事务中心(针
对万一这个学生有心理生理障碍所引发的不良后果的调查和协作),另一个是学校司法
部。。。
正规流程是,司法部直接联系学生本人,把这个案例的来龙去脉以文字形式书写,并提
供举报人的情况和建议,同时要求学生在何时何地出现,面对面讨论这件事,交代清楚
不出席的后果.
如果司法部听了学生的陈词,单方面认为这件事没上升到法律程序,再转送到学生生活
事务中心,来深入调查学生其他方面的困扰可能带来的这场举报。最后这个中心如果觉
得学生没什么问题,同时对事件本身的严重性认为不构成任何违规,任何伤害,只是有
一点misbehave的,会给予提醒,培训,稍微严重的也就是处罚30~90天不等的校园社区
服务。

九瓜妈,我说几句你可能不爱听。我经常潜水的,可是也看过你不少文章。知道你娃多
么不容易。你也辛苦了。不过你所有的帖子都是特别多的抱怨和负面情绪。我可以理解
你自己也很stressful,但是我觉得这种状态不是很适合的状态。如果你对待娃也总是
这种很压力大的样子,其实孩子也能感受到这种压力,会misbehave。如果你太累了,
找个帮手吧,你的大宝也可以上幼儿园了,经历压力大的话上半天,可能你就好很多。

这招对大孩子可能有效,记得有一集supernanny里面,孩子在外头公共场合每
misbehave一次就用marker在他手上划一条线,代表回家要受的惩罚。
不过一两岁的小孩子记性往往没那么好。宝宝往往只记得当时发生的事情,以及父母当
下的惩罚(直接的因果关系)。如果父母半个小时之后才惩罚,宝宝往往不理解为何被
罚,感到冤枉。
