经济学的事后诸葛亮不好当。
经济学的基本假设是人是理性的 -- 给定目标函数和约束集合，就是一个求解
constrained optimization的问题。在很多的经济、社会、政治领域，经济学已有的模
型具有强大的解释力。
而预测能力，取决于目标函数是否合理，约束集合是否合理，尚未被模型化的随机性是
否真的是随机的，还是我们缺失了刻画可能的机制？更重要的难点在于人类的预期是
self-fulfilling的。预测明天加州地震，加州并不会真的地震。预测明天股市会大跌
，可能真的就跌了。
你提到的人性的非理性，确实是最近经济学里的前沿进行时，就是很多人类的行为，看
似偏离了传统的理性人假设，被称为misbehaving。有些misbehaving是随机的，对于模
型的解释力和预测力就没有太大意义，可以作为白噪音处理。但是另一些misbehaving

供举报人的情况和建议，同时要求学生在何时何地出现，面对面讨论这件事，交代清楚
不出席的后果.
如果司法部听了学生的陈词，单方面认为这件事没上升到法律程序，再转送到学生生活
事务中心，来深入调查学生其他方面的困扰可能带来的这场举报。最后这个中心如果觉
得学生没什么问题，同时对事件本身的严重性认为不构成任何违规，任何伤害，只是有
一点misbehave的，会给予提醒，培训，稍微严重的也就是处罚30~90天不等的校园社区
