了可以用来积极改善自己的健康和体能状态，在疾病发生时也可以提早有所警觉，甚至
回头追踪出致病的源头。
量化自我听起来很酷，现在也成熟到了有很多产品可以选择的程度。但如果再进一步来
看，量化自我的范围其实太小了，世界已经进展到了「量化生活」(Quantified Life)
。也就是一个人生活周遭的一切，不只是自己的身体，也包含自己所住的房子，开的车
，甚至走路经过的地方和路边的景色，都可以被量化、记录、甚至传到网路上的某个地
方加以组合和应用。

misfit基本一个玩意儿。不过我不知道现在哪个是有测心跳的，这个挺难测准的，贴的
太紧就不舒服了。最近一两年这方面的技术应该能有些进步。fitbit一代非常之烂，人
家送了我一个用了十分钟就扔抽屉了。misfit虽然简单但我觉得从设计理念上来说还是
挺不错的。至于那些每几天就要充电的，就彻底没兴趣试了。 |

替代。
Moov 据称有九轴传感器，旧型号个有点大，新出的Moov now可以左右手各带一个，同
步记录。

我本身是研究hr方面相关课题的（不过我现在不做hr啊，10年前在国内做过）
如果你的自身条件还可以，觉得也“比较”吻合招聘的要求，但是一直拿不到面试可能
有一些几个原因
1。应聘的人太多，你投资料的时间太晚
2。你的简历不够stand up(而不是你的个人条件不stand out),要在简历上下功夫，必
要时要针对某个position修改简历
3。你的cover letter没有写好，在cover letter必须要特出你的qualification,
skill, ability, knowledge, and background 和此职位的requirments 有一个match
，当然100%的match是不可能的了，但是一定要强调fit/match/similarities
很多公司的第一轮筛选是非专业的hr或者小米来做的，他们看你的cover letter说
match，那么你的资料被送到下一轮筛选人的手里概率就变大。

My generic suggestion is:
1) practice your technical questions on white board every day
2) practice your behavior with a friend or some random person everyday and
ask for candid feedback.
Interviewers are good at catching signs of behavior misfit.

(b) no, First, why not bid earlier?
Second, because LHO's preference to 2S, he probably
doesn't have many clubs, there's a danger of misfit.
somewhat a guess work, if I trust pd seldom preempt with 3 in a major,
4H can hardly be right. even you have good fit, their spades rule
everything. whether to bid 4D is another issure, with this hand, you
cannot see a clear defense against their game, so don't push them.
