我不看好Model 3，其实TSLA从来都是一个预订生产企业，Model S就是到最后大家也搞
不清楚到底是产能不足还是需求不够。我们只能从Musk的行为来回头看这个需求。
Model S刚出来就号称需求旺盛，产能不足，但是不久Musk就决定开拓欧洲，亚洲市场
。自己出钱疯建充电桩也是后来发生的事儿。这些举措都是为了增加销量。另一个就是
几年前，还是在大家算model S每个季度增加了多少销量的时候，Musk就下定决心放弃
Model S了，开始Model 3了。（model 3出来，估计不会真的有人傻到出3倍价格买
Model S吧）。同时Musk提前非常长的时间就告诉大家并开放预定。一个新产品有必要
提前这么久就开始做宣传吗？Musk的行为是因为他知道model S需求量到底是多少，背
后有过去多年的预订数据。
Model 3的思路也是一样，也是预定销售。这个数据，Musk当然是知道的，过去一年多
，如果需求真的旺盛，早就成天twitter了。最初预订的应该还没有交付完，Musk手中

虽然 model 3 车子小，比model S/X 便宜，但是电动车核心技术和很多设计比现在 的
modelＳ/Ｘ 领先一代：
1. 电池包2170的能量密度超过 model s 18650 30%。 另外， 成本大大降低，因为钴%
已经低于5%，未来5个月-一年要实现完全没有钴。 下一代model ＳX 很快采用新技术
， 马上要推出130 度电电池包。
2。逆变器全部采用sic 技术，虽成本较高（每个die 本身成本增加），但是因为效率
提高～1.2%，导热性能极大提高，耐高温，电池里程提高的电池成本节省可以抵消逆变
器成本增加。 实话实说，model Ｓ 本身逆变器技术就已经行业大幅领先，主要是自
己封装技术远远超过其他公司，包括英飞凌（特斯拉10几人团队干翻 英飞凌200 多人

Tesla之前找一家独立的测试机构来测Model S的车顶硬度。不知为什么这么邪门，还是
故意“安排”的，测试的时候“恰好”用了一台低容量的测试仪，该仪器最多只能施加
大约Model S重量4倍（大约是18000 lbs左右）的压力。所以无论是Model S还是其它任
何车型，只要车顶硬度能承受超过18000 lbs的重量，该测试仪都会爆表。

发帖数: 329 | 17 我觉得有两个概念很容易弄混，一个是model的goodness of fit，一个是model
selection。
前面一个是判断某一个model和data是不是fit很好，后一个判断一些candidate models
中哪一个和data最吻合。用model selection方法的时候，当你从candidate models找
出最吻合的那个model时，不能直接就判断那个model的goodness of fit就是很好的。
有可能所有candidate models都差，矮子中拔高个的结果而已。
有很多常用的方法，不过最好具体model、具体数据类型具体分析，找到最合适的方法
。譬如AIC就有很多变种，对应不同类型的数据结构。我列举一些希望对楼主有用。
General model selection methods:
1) common tests: wald Z, chi-square, t, F etc
2) likelihood ratio test and its variants

发帖数: 17565 | 18 model s大名鼎鼎，虽然帖子视频看了不少，但从未亲身体验过。今天约了本地Tesla店
试驾，认真看了一大圈，来分享一下。
tesla店面不大，但是内装风格很统一，来人源源不断，周六全天约满。s外形大家都知
道了，算比较漂亮比较有气场，但是也比较低调。我仔细挑做工的毛病，后视镜上下接
缝略大，trunk打开时可以看到一些金属焊合面的不平整，车内阅读灯本身就是个按钮
，但是按起来比较cheap，感觉弹力都不正，也不是咬合很紧，滑动很润的那种高档手
感。这些都略属于吹毛求疵了，不过对于80k的车看这些细节也不能算太过分。
前座非常舒服，座椅不是很深不过腰部侧面有些支持，以前我以为加了sports seat座
椅会变深，今天才知道只是加了一条红色皮缝而已，形状完全不变。后座也挺舒服，一
大优点是后中座跟旁边两座相比，leg head room和背部都完全一样，这是拜电车
packaging优势。但是后座靠背和车顶都低，如果头往后仰就会蹭到车顶，我还只是中
等身高。实际上如果后座头枕可以拉高，向后仰就不容易碰到车顶了，不知道为什么没
有做这个设计，比较可惜。

发帖数: 2050 | 22 NHTSA只有五星，没有超五星，超五星是Tesla自己说的（好像说的是5.4星，这个比较
搞笑）。很多厂家全新设计过的车都可以第一次测试拿到五星，因为NHTSA的评价标准
在今天来看已经比较落后了。
IIHS的测试标准要严苛许多，行业中也是广泛认可的。如果拿不到优秀的成绩就质疑动
机是不太可取的一种态度。话说Euro NCAP也算是个政府组织，Tesla Model S在他们的
测试中就没有拿到最高分。原因之一是Euro NCAP比NHTSA的标准更高；原因之二是
NHTSA有翻车可能性评估，而对于底盘都是电池重心特别低的Model S来说，这是个先天
优势。如果你查过NHTSA对Model S的具体评分，就会发现Model S除了翻车这一项领先
于Model X，其他几项都逊于Model X，但总评仍是Model S优于Model X。事实上，
Model S靠翻车这一项给自己拉回来不少分，因为目前没有哪辆车能得到它那个分，先
天优势实在太强。
至于CR的评分看看就好了，现在Model S只有八十多了，reliability拉分太多。 |

针对镜头来说，灰货里面也可以分US model和imported model，两者可能的区别是：
1. 带US保修卡--》US model
2. 不带US保修卡--》imported model或者US model
现在主要的问题是，怎么判断“2. 不带US保修卡”的情况下镜头是否是US model？
我之前对镜头灰货的理解是：
如果说明是US model，那一定是带US保修卡的

样才能make good suggestions。这个deep understanding包括为啥用这个模型而不用
别的，为啥用这种numerical method而不用别的，model的pro and con, etc.
我个人很同意在wilmott forum里面看到一个说法：一个好的model developer需要同时
是一个好的model validator。但是这是理想中的情况。现实是model developer迫于种
种压力，model validation的工作做得不够全面细致，这样MV就成为FO的一个有益补充
。反过来，一个好的model validator也需要同时是一个好的model developer，要学会
从model developer and risk manager的角度去想问题。至于将来是不是像前面同学说
的那样，MV是不是能取代FO，个人不好妄加断言。但是一个好的MV team绝对是FO

my data) are censored at different times. I can build different models using
data censored at 1 year, 2 year, 3 years, 4 years etc. For example, for the

发帖数: 7283 | 32 试开完了model s。试的是P85版本，400多马力的那个，配空气悬挂。下面简略说说感
受：
1. 车体抗扭刚度或者抗弯刚度一般般，车轮压过路上拱起的反光块，引起的震动之后
，在车身上有明显的中低频余震，车身整体感达不到同价位豪华车的标准，甚至连起亚
K900都不如。另外路上有小坑颠簸的时候，车尾翻盖门那里有金属碰撞的异响，我觉得
是latch勾之间在碰撞，这也说明车身两边受力不均匀的时候车尾部分有形变。当然这
是按照我日常开的车子或者之前租来开过的车子的标准来比较；
2. 悬挂对路面不平整的吸收程度跟GS或者E350类似，比135i要好，软硬程度处于两者
之间；我在local上开还是能感受到车身不少震动。这个icefox的体验不同，但这可能
是因为我们拿来参考对比的车子不同，我只开过一次ES350所以对这个没发言权。总体
来讲model s的悬挂给我感觉比较中规中矩，没有太多惊艳的地方；
3. 加速的确像坐飞机起飞那样，均匀线性加速，尤其是电动机大电流运作时的嗡嗡声
有点像飞机喷气发动机的声音。我没有踩尽电门来试，但是试过也踩到很深的程度来体

划遭到延迟。搁置的重要原因在于特斯拉在华商标被抢注，并且Model S的产品注册也
未能完成。
8月份，广州商人占宝生发布了其6年前申请注册的特斯拉品牌官网，显示对“特斯
拉”中文商标和网站域名的所有权。特斯拉公司与占宝生经过长达10个月的接洽，未能
就收购商标达成一致。占宝生要价高达3,000万美元，远超过特斯拉方面200万美元的开
价。因而特斯拉入华大计受到拖累，只能转而注册拓速乐汽车销售(北京)有限公司的名
称。
虽然从“特斯拉”到“拓速乐”的转变被视为该公司在华受挫，但特斯拉仍在推进
其计划，准备今年下半年向中国和其它亚洲市场出口汽车。到2013年年底，占地800平

我对3PL model的guessing value感的很困惑。是这样的，我用3PL里面得出的guessing
values 来检验不同的mixed 2PL and 3PL model. 比如说，for model 1，items with
guessing values greater than 0.3 was treated as 3PL model. For model 2,
items with guessing values greater than 0.2 was treated as 3PL model. For
model 1, items with guessing values greater than 0.1 was treated as 3PL

data censored at 1 year, 2 year, 3 years, 4 years etc. For example, for the

保持两年，总量就是130K。Model X这两年能卖十几到几十K吧，这些Model S/X的车主
很多会订一两辆Model 3，自己用(以前的Model S缺乏auto pilot等硬件）或者给老婆
孩子们用，毕竟Musk说的车主的钱支持了Model 3的研发。。。我的一个朋友当年刚花
100K+提了P85，还不带自动驾驶，几个星期后出了P85D，直接降了10K+，这回一下子订
了两辆Model 3
所以200K的名额，现有Tesla车主就先用光了，加上剩下三个季度能生产的Model 3能有
10-20K就顶天了，照样被Tesla车主用掉。昨天去排队的就是给Tesla送无息贷款的，今
天订
的可以盼几年后Model 3升级降价，呵呵

可以订，低配一点的连价钱都不知道。虽然有些人前两天就去排队想抢个前排，但是估
计到时候选35k版本的还得靠后站。等signature/performance/+D之类的全过去了才轮

3。如果model S 和 model X的均价是95,000美元的话，那么model 3的均价大概66,
000美元。这已经是奔驰GLE350的价位了--如果不选4matic，差不多是出门价加上利息
了。
model 3卖这么贵，Tesla还是卖一辆赔一辆，真不觉得Tesla在实现每周5000辆后怎么
实现盈利。

the only modeling adequacy tests only focus on the which distribution fits
