conservative republican，或者不是主流。FP Blair和他儿子Montgomery Blair都是
moderate republican的代表。
Lincoln本身的政治观点是趋同于moderate republican的，在废奴问题上，坚定地认为
奴隶制是morally incorrect，但是不承认黑人与白人享有同等权利；在对待南方的态
度上，更加温和，不希望一网打尽，而是促成和解，尽量保存“安定团结的大好局面”
。这是两条与radical republican最突出的不同点。
Lincoln的政策及其本人都是moderates的主要代表，这也是republican重组时的主流声
音。Blair本人由于是Virginia人，与Robert Lee等人私交甚好，更加不希望看到南北
干戈相向情景，于是出现了电影中力邀南方代表团进华盛顿谈判的部分。但是历史上两

(1) 2017 Chrysler Pacifica
Small overlap：第一次（2016/09以前生产）Restraints and dummy kinematics一项
得了P，把整个small overlap成绩拉到了M。于是赶紧补考，Restraints and dummy
kinematics问题是解决了（G），但是把Structure and safety cage从G拉到了A（不知
道是不是因为这个原因）。不过还好，overall总成绩总算是G。
侧撞-19.5，minivan里最强。超过Honda Odyssey 1厘米。
(2) 奔驰 W205 C-class
40%正面和侧撞早就做过了。这次把剩下的几项也都测完了。不出意外都是G。
亮点是：Roof strength测试SWR居然是7。peak force居然达到了24642 lbs。
24000以上的peak force基本上只有新款的 Luxury/Premier SUV 才能达到（XC90

个问题。两个候选人，你先答，我再答，然后大部分时候就move to next question了
。 这种一个回合的方式基本就是you say, i say了，而且严重favor后发言的人。
昨天的辩论，就4-5个议题，双方你来我往，一个议题来回4-5个发言。这几个议题都是
O8的痛处，如果像过去那样就发言一次最多两次，糊弄一下就过去了。但一个议题来个
4-5个回合，o8就很难defend了，所以很多时候显的语无伦次啰啰嗦嗦甚至惊慌失措。
本质上，job/economy/deficit/health care/energy policy这些O8的弱点基本都是
indefensible的. 辩论的确很大程度上靠口才，但 if you don't have numbers/facts

1. 定义先 （自己定的，没有出处）：
fast： 弯曲的点（简称曲点）。 曲点之上叫tip， 曲点之下叫backbone。
非要严谨的话，曲点不是一个点，而是一小段。
网上看到对杆子的评价： tip 软， backbone硬。 就是指曲点之上软，曲点之下硬。
越fast的杆子，力作用到backbone上时间越快。
sensitivity: 一个源于杆尖的大小为X的震动传到手上的震动Y的损耗。损耗越小，越
敏感。
我（自己想出来的）测sensitivity的办法是：
让人用铅笔在杆尖轻轻一点，我自己闭上眼睛感觉。别人用的力越来越小，看到什么程
度我就感觉不到了。 就像配眼镜一样，护士一个一个镜片的试。
2. 白话定义：
fast是说震动传到手上的”时间“。
sensitivity是说传到手上的”大小“。

动强度时（高于70%最大心率）肌肉线粒体（就是燃烧糖和脂肪产生动能的亚细胞结构
）的表膜对长链脂肪酸的载运有抵触（载体受抑制），但中链脂肪酸载运正常；在
moderate intenisty时长链和中链脂肪酸载运都正常，所以对这些人来讲moderate
intensity可能对于消脂更有效果。当然对于长期运动训练的人，肌肉线粒体的表膜对
长链脂肪酸的载运会有适应, 70-80%最大心率运动从时间上更有效率。但对于刚开始有
氧运动的人，还是以moderate intensity开始。 |
