发帖数: 1917 | 1 今年的雪大，Hunter的雪道这个总统周末百分之百开放，难得！
纽约周边的能当天往返的小雪场不少，但Hunter独一无二。比起其他的雪场，其雪道最
陡且最具挑战性，1600尺的高度差加上高速六座缆车也让其他几个雪场相形见绌。所以
Hunter在纽约附近的滑雪爱好者心目中总是占据着特殊的地位。
但是大多数雪少的冬季，Hunter是雪友们心中挥之难去的痛。人多，冰多，横冲直撞的
Boarder多，让很多人谈Hunter而色变。雪少的日子，Hunter靠人造雪维持，周末一般
不到中午很多雪道就被众人滑成冰面。除了顶级高手可以自如滑下，其他人大多饱受摧
残。坐在缆车上满耳都是雪板刮冰面那种刺耳的噪音。
但是一场大雪，可以把Hunter一夜之间变成Darling。这个总统周末，连后山（Hunter
West）的雪道都全部开放了。上次滑Westway/Annapurna是好几年前的事情了。前两年
基本上整年都没有开放过。Hunter后山的三条雪道Clair's Way/Westway/Annapurna都
是从上到下的双黑Mogul，对喜欢滑Mogul的同学们那是再爽不过了。后山的缆车最近也

，pillow的video，大家发现原来滑powder的没人比他更好了。又有人说Tanner不会滑
mogul，然后Tanner就拍了滑mogul的video，大家惊奇的发现Tanner mogul滑的也是炉
火纯青。
再后来，Tanner不再参加任何比赛了，又有人开始质疑他的人品。。。没错，他是有点

对mogul没怎么谈，不过按照作者的逻辑，
竞技式的mogul滑法就别想从正常的psia/csia学了，因为根本就不在其大众教程里，
mogul camp估计也很大程度上看教练。
PMTS 因为技术的局限性，根本就不可能了
有一点我觉得作者说得很好，要把滑雪的科学成份与技术在概念成次分开，
前着是客观的普适的，后者则有很大程度的主观性 |

ski mogul well, yet 90% of in-bound terrain and nearly 100% of out-bound/
backcountry terrain is non-mogul. It's a hard skill to master yet not very
useful. Just looking for challenge?

但真正意义上的carving其实要做到也不容易，更不要说performance, 只不过一般人即
使做不到，看上去样子也不难看，而且下各种坡也能很顺畅，不像mogul有个通过性问
题，一下就看出来了.
这么看吧，我们这个圈子公认mogul滑得有点pro风范的，就这么两三个吧
同样能在GS racing道上滑出点pro风范的，我估计能有两三个都够呛。 |

我只是想补充点，也许很多人觉得，zipper line WC滑法滑蘑菇，速度很快，对肌肉啊
这些要求太高，对膝盖冲击大，只适合身体条件出众的运动员，不适合我们这些中老年
才开始学滑雪的业余爱好者。
其实不是的。
首先WC滑法, edging加a/e两大法宝，用好了能滑的很有control速度一点也不快。比如
楼上贴的视频里演示的。
然后就是肌肉，什么滑蘑菇需要强健的大腿，都是小菊扯出来的一派胡言。我来举个反
证，fly算是中国人里 mogul最牛的，我还滑的很烂，但fly深蹲不一定能做过我。我的
full squat 1rm按推算应该在300lb以上，5x5我停掉前成功做260LB。
然后就是对膝盖冲击大。不正确的滑法或者失误accident，不管groomer还是mogul都容
易受伤。正确的滑法，循序渐进的练习，zipper line滑mogul对膝盖的冲击，大概就跟
慢跑差不多(pro讲的)。

净利索。
psia本来就不是mogul oriented，而是基于racing的technique，为了方便教学，一招
走遍天气。
zipper line滑好了，不走aggressive的line，应该对膝盖冲击更小的。psia的demo视
频里面mogul太密了通常都会被顶飞一点点然后land到下一个mogul，wc滑法更多的空间
吸收，对膝盖的冲击更小。当然前提是要掌握好proper的a/e，这个太难了。 |

这次本来没想去park city，但是any mountain熟悉的sales mm告诉我，vail resorts
demo在她们那买ski可以当credit用，想着LD要升级器材，索性去趟park city好了。
park city有个summit demo house，小小的一间，男生ski比较多，有blizzard bramha
, nordica nrgy100, volkl mantra/kendo, rossignol sin 7/soul7/experience 88/
experience 100, 还有些racing ski, powder ski。各种长度比较齐。女生选择少的可
怜，blizzard sheeva, rossignol savory 7, volkl aura/viola, nordica la nina。
demo可以按小时（大概是1小时10，2小时18，4小时36，全天45），无限多次进出。要
是ski选择多些就完美了。上面的小哥调试很麻利，但对ski非常不熟悉。

发帖数: 3431 | 12 其实alta/bird比较适合初学练习mogul的道，个人认为当数snowbird的big emma左侧(
facing downhill, skier's left)的一段蘑菇。big emma是号称绿道，实际坡度浅蓝，
左侧那截mogul不长，中间有一段形状大小排列都不错。
再进阶一些，alta的sugarloaf lift下有条mogul道不错，忘了名字。然后是bird的
gad2 lift下面的黑蘑菇。alta的high rustler也是有名的黑蘑菇，不过要traverse很
久，没有local带路我还从来没有去过。 |

我在科州和30钻同学同床那次基本上是刚开始爱上单板下mogul，还不成熟
第二年就超喜欢，就是一趟跳下来超级累
尤其科州有那种超长超长的双黑钻mogul道，一趟下来腿真的软了，呵呵
但还是不舍得休息，立刻接着下

11%) at Patch of Land. 7 loans were paid off early and 8 was not due yet.
So far so good.
However recently I feel the quality of the loan is not as good as before and

这是俺第一次在美国滑雪，雪道长，雪好，等的时间也不长，滑的挺爽的。就是体力不
支，昨天晚上从SF飞回来的飞机晚点4小时，害的我3点才到家，早上6点又爬起来去滑
雪。。。直接后果就是中午找了个沙发睡了一个多小时。。。
前些天看nevermore的滑雪的帖子，今天算是把那些名字和雪道对上了号。那个
american flyer最后下来那地方，怎么那么陡啊，心里非常钦佩nevermore老大的胆识
。。。作为初学能在那上面混，真是不简单，呵呵。
本人也是初学者，今天一直在绿道上面晃，基本把那的绿道都滑了个遍，还误入了
mogul一次，一点一点蹭下来的。最后感觉滑的最爽的线路是坐american flyer上去，
在coppertone和high point的路口走high point，然后走scooter下来，这个路线还比
较适合我现在的水平，呵呵。如果选择走coppertone会不小心走到mogul上面，而且下
面的carefree那段太陡，今天下了一次胆战心惊的，再没敢走过。
3点以后人就少多了，基本都不用排队 |

如果让我自己选择雪道，如果没有fly和inchigh 两位帅哥的陪伴和带领，如果没有山
顶猛烈的风把其他的雪道上的雪吹得只剩下冰粒，如果没有借到一副好的雪板，我，是
绝对不会踏足那一片对于我来说的神秘树林黑道的。我有太多的理由不去，就我目前的
滑雪水平也就一般的黑道，蓝道的mogul还可以勉强对付，姿势都不太正确，从来没走
过树林，也不想跟树木亲密接触，虽然他们很美，但也很坚硬，而黑道mogul试过两回
都是一脚深一脚浅的半途而废。
还是抵制不住诱惑，抱着大不了摔个半死之心和对两位高手的信任，想着他们怎么也不
会见死不救罢，跟着就冲进树林去了。这是怎样的一个世界呀，没有一丝的风，没有人
群的喧嚣，有的只是松软的积雪，静谧的树林和我们雪板在里面沙沙的响声，一时间我
已经迷惑，感觉与尘世没有半点关系，连当初的担心也消失得无影无踪，就算在此山中
倒下又如何呢？不过是回归尘土罢了。树林里 |

其实这个应该很容易做到。滑雪场有给业余选手练习用的可以电子计时的门旗回转道，
一般都是蓝道的坡度，难度适中。可以要求在比较宽松的时间限制内，只要不错过门旗
就可以得到一个基础分。mogul比赛也一样，找一段二三百米长的mogul道，也是在很宽
松的时限内，只要不摔倒能够滑下来就有一个基础分数。当然这两项比赛如果能在个人
计时进入前三名或者前六名之类的，再根据名次增加一个bonus分数。
这样的积分方法基本就可以解决滑雪比赛的公平和注意安全的问题。 |

Level Three skiers are confident novices who are able to stop and make round
snow plow turns on easy beginner trails.
Level Four
Level Four skiers are cautious intermediate skiers who can link turns but
still moderate speed. Level Four skiers ski in a small wedge and their skis
may even be parallel at the end of the turn on green or easy blue trails.

盖才开始有感觉，刚开始都还好。至于大腿，因为我在练画圆，控制速度，必须得大腿
用力了，还得把外侧板踩住，才能控制半径，没有用过膝盖硬转--应该是从脚开始发力
吧。一般groom道上我好像没啥后座问题，mogul上就是了。 |
