Precondition的人的premium肯定比普通人高.这个和开车保险一样的道理. 如果强制有
precondition和没有pre的人的premium是一样的话,那么整个premium肯定是上涨. 这个
和车辆保险是一样,如果保险公司觉得你风险高,要么是deny,要么是增加保费.
毕竟大部分人不是precondition的, 所以对那些precondition可以有政府做补贴,而不
是强制要求保险公司保证低价. 另外很多人的情况是因为他们自己不爱护自己的身体,
抽烟喝酒,这个和precondition完全不是一回事.
现在是各州的保险公司基本是monopoly,控制着一个州或者一个州的几个地方, 不允许
