天朝的case很特别，因为土地供给量完全由政府决定，所以可以看成一种特殊的
monopoly。高地价产生的高房价也就是monopoly pricing的顺延，如果能无限期控制供
给并在市场造成这样一种期望，那么这就是一个rational equilibrium，那么地产的定
价也就不存在泡沫，因为definition都不apply。
不过如果认为高房价是由于过度需求造成的，那就相当于站在了镜子的另一面来理解这
个问题，而如果以这个为理由要求限制国民自由流动，剥夺他们寻求致富与发展的机会
，那就是邪恶愚蠢的小人之心了。
不论如何，房价高不是好事，不过除了丈母娘，也没人逼你买房是不？ |
