If you are going, you might also want to hike the Cub Lake trail for aspen
viewing (6 mi loop or 4.6 mi round trip) at Morain Park in RMNP. Note that
Trail Ridge Road as well as Fall River Road are closed for season.

发帖数: 182 | 7 坐的是Delta上海直飞ATL那班。同机有不少转机去FL的。入关大厅里有至少一个中文翻
译。而且显然中文翻译不够，忙的她团团转，奔走在各个柜台间。护照上盖章前打了右
手大拇指以外四指的指纹；并且拍证件照（摘掉眼镜或帽子）。
上海过来的长的像中国人的行李全被检查，至少过扫描仪。每个都问有没带食物（food
),月饼（mooncake）。前面一老兄被开箱，CBP检查员看到里面有几包像黑木耳，银耳
之类的东东，问了半天，最后给放行。
托运行李转上传送带送到外面等行李的地方或转机行李处理以后，还得再过一遍安检，
脱鞋，全身扫描。希望等2012年底那个国际候机楼造好以后不用这么麻烦，据说到时行
李过了CBP检查，直接连人带行李就可以出机场回家了（对于终点是ATL的）
从飞机落地到走出机场，花了1个半小时左右，个人感觉比底特律，芝加哥，三番，LA
等强点，当然也没它们那么多人 |

和好，所以悲剧了。顺便问一下：是不是油和水的比例要调好？感觉油多了面和不到一
起烤的时候会裂开，水多了烤的时候会涨起来。楼主可以在Ebay上搜索mooncake mold |

为推广中国美食文化，庆祝中秋，明尼苏达大学中国学联（FACSS）近期成立明尼苏
达月饼研究所（MIM, Minnesota's Institute of Mooncake），自主研发并生产一定数
量的“FACSS”牌月饼，支持明大相关活动。研发费用由学联支付。
现向各界美食达人发出诚挚邀请，可站内联系。
经与中组部协商，本所设有“百人计划”、“密西西比河学者”等岗位，学历、文
凭不限，有在BBS美食版发表论文及月饼公司工作经历者优先。

We have group Cha Cha dance lesson at 7:30 pm tomorrow, prior to the
official dance which starts at around 8 pm.
We have a free mooncake for everyone. We also provide some wines. If you
are the liquor type, you may bring your own (BYOB).
Finallly, since the Chinese School's e-mail system is down, it will be great
if you can help spread the word as some people are probably not aware of
this event. The dance poster is attached for your convenience.

Border Protection, CBP）提醒民眾，含蛋、肉成分的月餅不能入境。
CBP發言人Jaime Ruiz14日表示，違禁農產品相關規定由農業部（US Department of
Agriculture, USDA）制定，CBP負責在各機場入境口把關。洛杉磯是美國華裔大城，每
逢中秋前後洛杉磯國際機場（LAX）帶月餅入境的華人旅客特別多，CBP官員也學會在檢
查華裔旅客行李時隨口問一句「有沒有帶月餅（mooncake）」。
Ruiz表示，去年中秋曾有華裔旅客攜帶蛋黃月餅，在LAX 入境時被CBP官員查獲要沒收
，旅客哭喪著臉辯稱「我朋友、我親戚某某人等帶月餅入境都沒事」，令CBP官員哭笑
不得。
Ruiz指出，旅客如欲攜帶月餅入境，不應以個人或親友的經驗為依據，而應在打包前先
了解USDA相關規定。據USDA 規定，可入境食品包括以下幾種：
