B time 是 National Age Group Motivational Times 里最低的。
别跟俺说 Motivational 那个大字看不懂。Motivational，就是鼓励
鼓励我们的意思。（指鼓励参加竞技游泳，鼓励瞎扑腾不需要测速度）。
所以 B Time 是最低还能鼓励一下的（指鼓励参加竞技），再慢的，
瞎鼓励也不太好意思了吧，的意思。
而 “渣” 的意思，就是卯足了劲的短距离自由泳，比人最低值得鼓励
的仰泳，哦不对，长一倍距离的仰泳，平均速度还要慢！！！！
当然，作为 “泳渣” 也没啥。这世上的 “泳渣” 多了去了。我们泳渣
坚持在泳池里瞎扑腾的乐趣，也是过日子的一种方式是不是？ |

personal record是很次要的事情，这个玩意不是很能motivate我，我跑步是self
motivate
的，不需要一个比赛来刺激我。过去我常常觉得花时间金钱跑到一个比较远的地方比赛
是个有点麻烦
的事情，因此也就对比赛没什么热情，另一方面，基本上我跑步的目的是提高自己的
fitness，而这

Took an 8 hour flight from NYC to Denver with 3 hour connection at Cleveland
. Fortunately, the waiting area and restaurant in Cleveland airport are
quite nice. I was able to relax a bit from the the intensive week at work

spinet is the smallest version of piano, uses a different type of mechanism
to generate the sounds compared to regular upright / grand piano. it was lar
