金。你自己根据自己的判断守住心理价位就是了。你不要buyer agent 的好处就是你能
够从他那里得到一些multiple offer的信息，他会更尽力让你的offer被接受。你这样
的心态，为什么不找个buyer agent。其实很多时候buyer agent 还不是一样鼓动你下
单，价钱，他关心的也是成交让后那佣金。买到合适的房子是最主要的，没必要弄一些
没必要的麻烦。 |

最高的offer被接受。agent拿的本来就是双份的佣金了。
我有我的心理价位，不管别人怎么bid。用虚假multiple offer的确也是agent常用的手

下，屋主回了34万5，第二天就被通知杀出了一个程咬金，据我的agent推测说比我们
offer的高且比较接近屋主的报价，估计是34万。
现在屋主知道有multiple offers很坚持，agent让我们加价，我们的承受力最高也就是
34万，大家说这种情况下还要跟吗？郁闷！这年头还碰上bidding真是傻了眼了 |

么你有两个星期左右做inspection，这个期间理论上seller不能接受别的offer。直到
buyer以各种contingency退出为止。这种multiple offer应该是让seller在某种
contingency period里面接受多个offer和押金，并且seller也许可以在buyer做了
inspection后决定继续的情况下把buyer踢掉。 |

因为太多Offer进去了，我就遇到过2次，由于房子条件位置什么的都还不错，最后的售
价都是远高于Listing Price，最后和一般的市场价差不多了。如果你的agent是
Listing Agent，应该会给你点暗示，我当初的agent 也暗示过，但是我不愿意出高就

人不愿意再加钱 银行让我加钱 我坚持现在的金额 会不会银行不卖了呢 |

只有两三家是sfh.
请问,这样的区,是不是同样面积的multiple family occupy的房子,要比这个sfh便宜些
绡?
或许大部分是租住的,只要到第二个街区,就大部分是sfh了....
这样的房子,可以买吗?已经在市面上三个多月了,而屋主十月底就要到别的州去工作了.
要价比zillow上面的估价16万,要高3万...我们出多少合适?
