看来，并不能这样去做结论，从冷漠一点的专业角度上说，这是很典型的"Genovese
Syndrome"，这个名词来源于1964年的the myth of Kitty,这位美国女人 Kitty
Genovese在自己家附近被抢劫、强奸和谋杀，谋杀当时她尖叫，被她的邻居听到，当时
有38个目击者，却没有一个人给警察打电话，最后她死在去医院的途中。从此也有了一
个症状叫"Genovese Syndrome" 也叫the bystander effect

是妇科专家，但每个妈妈有资格说自己用过的产品好与不好。lz觉得妈妈们不科学，就
自己去做个医学研究，或者找点正儿八经的研究报告，拿出各种数据来。

要正名的只有两点：一是芝加哥别号“风城”和刮风无关，一个半世纪前政客和媒体的
文字游戏而已，芝加哥刮风，但很多别的城市也刮风，尤其靠海的地方。二是芝加哥真
正黑人聚居治安不好的地方，正常人想路过都难，要说芝加哥的downtown，LZ私以为比

但是你忘了还有 center daycare 市场。实际上我觉得 high quality center
daycare 应该是马工们看娃需求的主流市场。
只是一直都没有 trigger 到改变的 critical mass。部分原因，我觉得有
月嫂中心/Nanny 的口口相传的 myth。。。不过这个案子可能会成为该 myth
的终结者。
相对请 Nanny 的法律上的风险，以及更大的 Nanny 给镇静剂的风险。high
quality center daycare，对于 6 week 之后的，7am -> 6 pm, 11 hr,
大约 $1600 每月吧。加州 ratio 1:4 。。简直是价格便宜量无敌。。。当然
最大的缺点，是娃生病不能送去。。。不过马工大多可以 home-office 顶两天。 |

non-exempt和exempt的区别其实是收入高低区分的，联邦有FLSA来规定是不是该员工是
exempt.
加州的民猪党其实钻了一个空子，就是应该用总收入determine non-exempt还是exempt
，现在改用hourly rate.这样算起来，其实员工的总收入是远远高于FLSA的limit的。
你们应该去法院告这个恶法
