人都可以预期给孩子睡的床那样设置和结构很容易导致孩子摔下来，但CRUISE公司还是
那样设置了就可以了。孩子的受伤报告可以证明孩子有损伤。
关于护士侵权，依然可以告。虽然太太的口头陈述DEPRESS未必有足够证明力，但关键
是这是在CRUISE上，是公共交通设施和服务性质的场所，这个地点的性质是NEGLIGENCE
里明确了的例外。这个背后的道理就是，在“我”付费的场所，“你”应该比其它场所
更特别和注意的为“我”提供服务。
不过，真SUE的话，确实需要许多精力，心力，财力。 |

是体检一下，我家门口两家，一只猫的价钱查五六十。一针疫苗贵十几块，医生摸摸贵
十几块，一个大便检查贵十几，一项一项就上去了。但是你要是把猫送进去了，再
complain，似乎有点难。
我大概看了一下账单，想象一下人做类似的手术，兽医做的也差不多是该做的：导尿管
，镇定剂，麻药，不断查各种chemistry/electrolytes(因为这个术后真的很重要), 尿
检。。。但是至于有没有做非常不必要做的，这个谁也说不清。每个医生看法不一样，
每个医生confidence level不一样，每个病人病情不一样。
如果你要说第一次negligence了，比上面那个可能容易些，如果你有足够的医学知识，
并且有第一次检查的报告啥的。 |

间有合同，合同里对方许诺你会cover所有后续治牙花费。这个的问题是你怎么证明你
们双方有合同关系存在，还有即使有合同，合同的scope是什么，对方只承诺补牙，还
是全口都敲掉换钻石牙也管。当然牙医很少会给其他牙医的花费买单，这对你有利。第
二个理论是对方有medical negligence，你遭受损失不得不去外面找人做牙，因而后续
花费归牙医负责。这个的问题是一旦你argue medical negligence，对方保险公司的律

request an epidural record from the hospital. Usually the test dose is
mandatory. If you had symptoms at that time and he still proceeded with
