奇怪的眼科检查
在美国定居多年的华人王丁（化名）参与了这项调查，现在他开始为这个调查感到百思
不得其解：“说检查眼睛为何要获取我的血样和DNA？”。
这一切要从9月说起，王丁当时接到CHES工作人员的电话，征询他是否愿意参加这项眼

我之前也遇到过类似的学生，不过在过 qualify 之前就看出兆头，送客走人了。这位
也很厉害，抱着“人有多大胆，地有多高产”的想法，常常觉得“不怕做不到，只怕想
不到”。这就是美利坚中小学教育出来的偏执狂，基本功很差，但心比天高。做不出来
，结果心情从天上掉到地下，两个礼拜不来，邮件不回。后来终于走进我办公室。我想
，看你如何交代，结果她一脸阴沉，递上来一张纸，一看，原来医生证明，说伊精神压
力太大，nerve breakdown, which leads to uneven heartbeat。靠，我还不能用强了
，否则她可不去告我逼疯她。后来她振作起来，想认真地做，但我看清她本质，坚决地
扫地出门，拿 master 走人。

nerves and muscles). Sometimes, cases are not the straight forward. MRI
show disc problem may not necessary completely comparable with the symptoms.
It is not unusual that several causes may integrate together. Neurologist
is the one to help to figure out.

我也觉得把症状准确地描述出来很难，而且每次去看个医生，都没有耐性听
你讲详细一些的来龙去脉，都是要你先做一些检查。可等检查出来，他们都说
没发现什末问题，最多含含糊糊说你可能有点肌肉或pinched nerve问题，但
又无法确诊，也没说有什末办法能确诊是哪里可能有pinched nerve.
我先后看过神经科，内科，骨科一类的科，去过好些物理治疗的诊所，也去过
找过chiropractor做了几次治疗。我这几年都有做Physical exam，因从04年开始
发现有些尿蛋白，所以还看过肾科，也没查出什末问题。
所以我觉得很灰心，现在就想是不是找个大医院做个更全面的检查，
但还有那些检查我还没做呢？mri /ct/x-ray ,emg ,血常规 ，尿常规。。。
能用mri查到肌肉或软组织的问题吗？ |

发帖数: 1211 | 46 What do you mean by 发麻? Is it numbness, ie no sense of pain, temperature
or is it tingling, ie as if pins and needles pressing over your finger. The
4th and 5th digits are innervated by ulnar nerve. If it is a strict
pattern only in the 4th and 5th digits, it is likely your ulnar nerve
irritated at some point, usually by compression. I think you should check
with your PCP for better evaluation.

causes. Sound like you were treated as vasovagal syncope(血管迷走神经昏厥).
Study shows 50% syncope is from vasovagal; 35% are cardiogenic(Heart）and
the rest are from seizures, etc.
I do not like to use Florinef, beta blocker, or other medications for
syncope without clinical diagnostic tests. There is an autonomic nerve
testing which is able to tell the mechanism. In your case, if I am right,

Consult pain specialist in your local area, who may even be able to provide
procedure based treatment, such as nerve ablation, nerve plexus blockade et
al.
Cancer patients in China, for the major part, are way under-treated. Sigh.. |

optic nerves were not injured during surgery. it is possible pressure built
up on the nerve and /or ophthalmic artery or its branches, or a clot formed
in the ophthalmic artery or its branches, causing the loss of vision.
I would definitely immediately perform an MRI, including MR angiography of
the orbit and surrounding structures when the vision trouble was first
discovered.
