velocity). EMG will tell pretty well what group of diseases he has.
Definitive diagnosis can usually be achieved by muscle biopsy. Nerve biopsy
is unnecessary with this kind of presentation.
standard EMG uses fine needle electrodes. in small children, this requires
right level of sedation plus quite some experience.
if this is not possible, there is surface EMG which is non-invasive but
gathers less information.

，颈椎的MRI，刚拿到报告，医生说没有大的问题，需要进一步去看神经外科，但是我

我就是这样，孕期因为没有保险cover没去看牙医，孩子3个月了才去看，结果
infection已经到了nerve，必须做root canal，否则牙就保不住了。
医生说我的infection刚刚发展到nerve，早一点去看就不至于这么麻烦了，普通
filling就能解决问题。结果现在做root canal要去异地（本地的保险不cover），之后
还要crown，crown全自费，算下来要花900刀不说，这颗牙的根管神经还被切除了。。

如果2周没有恢复，基本可以断定是nerve damaged，所以EMG都是在2周后做
确定damage的位置。damage是在push的时候，帮助你按腿的用力过大，伤着
了神经，就跟你趴在胳膊上睡一觉起来，胳膊麻了一样，慢慢会恢复，恢复
时间取决于神经受损的位置，physical therapy是必须的，可以缩短恢复时间

牙， 请问nerve treatment怎么做的呀？我就看见医生几分钟不到，因为女儿反抗，给
补了补， 然后呢， 这个never treatment 价格是205, 保险管164, 我们出41,
2.女儿拨了一棵牙，这棵牙坏了，剩了个牙根，给拨了， 费用164, 保险出131.20,我
们出32.80
再一个费用是 notrous oxide， 51块，保险不管，我们自己出， 再一个就是patient
insurance deductible我们自己出40
反正，等于牙医一共赚了561, 保险出了，368, 我们出了193. 当时打了点麻药， 局部
的，孩子还是不听话， 我看着表，从开始补牙，（先补牙，最后拨的那个牙根），再

a researve currency and the US government bonds. For now, the answer is yes,
as long as US keep the huge trade deficit, China, Japan and Saudi have to
keep US dollars. But as I said, if the US dollar is no longer the reserve
currency, Americans will have to use Japanese yen to buy Japanese goods, use
RMB to buy Chinese goods, and probably use Euros to buy oil.

发帖数: 6764 | 14 follow up 一下，刚去过spine surgeon那里看过，去的是newton-wellesley，医生助
理先做了检查，重新拍了5张X光，然后大牛型男医生出来，看了X光，让做了几个动作
，认为受伤是因为disc might bulge and irritated the nerve, 现在应该是nerve在
发炎，吃点消炎药应该就没问题了。我问了有没有permanent damage, 他说应该不会，
然后说almost will never happen。
网络的力量是强大的，要不是楼上几位的建议，我是懒得去看spine surgeon的，不过
重新拍了X光（质量比在chiropactor那里拍的要清晰的多），而且还纠正了好几处
chiropactor的误诊（比如chiropactor指着那两张模模糊糊的X光说哦这里有点关节炎
的迹象， spine surgeon看了说没有任何关节炎）
得到的教训就是铲雪一定要屈膝，然后端着铲子不能剧烈扭动身体。出了问题直接找
surgeon, chiropactor真的是江湖郎中。然后spine surgeon说了25岁以后人的脊椎就

gone for years. It came back lately probably because I forget to run on both
sides of street in my neighborhood, which is un-leveled towards the curb.

参加了比赛，也又一次锻炼了我的小心脏，还让我的小心脏越来越强大了。
昨晚的比赛，因为我们队的绝对高手鲑鱼同学被DQ了，我被迫披挂上阵去打No.1
Single。赛前，鲑鱼同学就提醒我，对手的No.1 Single player是很强的。去年他的
team都打进National了，他本人也刚刚赢了上一场的No.1 Singles match，今年1-3月
份，他还参加了6场4.5level的Spring Singles League matches，两次出阵No.1
player，3次出阵No.2 player，3赢3输。应该是绝对的top4.0或非常接近4.5了。
比赛开始，1st set我打的太烂了。对手的主要weapons就是backhand slice和forehand
super high Topspin。他的backhand很flat，low，fast，and deep。Forehand

supposed to stay there and to prevent the bones from "hitting one another"
when you have spinal movement. Unfortunately, with a little bit of born
posture and ballroom dancing, a serious disk problem can occured.
If his legs are numb, then the problem is pretty serious. The disk must have
either fall out completely or partially and is pushing the nerves. There
are just way too many nerves in the spinal cord area......

我的情况和你差不多，根据你的描述，我觉得是医生拔牙过程中伤到了你的inferior
alveolar nerve。你可以再回头看下你的X光片，看看是不是有根神经离牙根很近。我
当时的神经正好在两个牙根之间，所以很容易被伤到。医生一般会复查，复查时告诉他
你的CONCERN，看他怎么说。我后来查过网站，一般好像是6周左右可以做nerve damage
test,来决定神经是不是permanently damaged。如果是的话，可以做个神经搭接手术
，但这个也不保证一定会成功。如果是temporarily injury, 可以开营养药，但说实话
我觉得这个就是一个心理作用，最终还是需要神经自己慢慢愈合。
你的痛苦我非常了解，当时我还要讲课，讲英文还要张大口，可是嘴根本不可能完全张
开，当时真是非常痛苦加郁闷。ANYWAY, 我差不多是六个月才完全好的。如果你自己有
感觉情况一天天在变好，那多半是临时的损伤。经常自己做个冷热敷，十分钟冷十分钟
