away due to my busy work schedule. As the dog has been with me for 7 years
and 8 months, I feel that he needs real love and particular attention and
patience at the beginning from the new owner, in order for him to quickly

千万不要叫animal control,对猫来说100%死路一条！
绝对不要送shelter,99%死路一条。(即使真送shelter,千万不能说是野猫feral cat,一
定要说是流浪猫stray cat, 不然会立即处死，根本没有给人领养的机会！)
去petsmart或petco买一袋干猫粮（不用太大，5-10榜左右即可，$10-15左右），同时
放清水，一个大纸箱铺上旧衣服被褥垫子。猫咪基本生活就有保障了。
用好相机最好单反，给小猫和猫妈拍一批萌照，多拍点，捡几张好的贴上来，很快会有
人领养。要尽快，猫越小越容易被领养，小猫长的很快，童年期萌死人，但转瞬即逝！
小野猫不是问题，99%家猫和所有shelter待领养的猫都曾经是这样的小“野猫”stray
cat！真正的野猫是feral cat,根本不会让人看到，也不可能让人接近。
等有人领养，或TNR需要捉猫的时候用这个 （Animal Cage Trap，$45）

我做志愿者的shelter，最近搬到一个大house里去了。成为了这个county里唯一一个
non kill cage free的shelter了。在shelter里的猫都不再被关在笼子里，可以在屋子
里自由地走来走去。这样对猫猫的性格很有好处，来收养的人也能更好的观察猫猫，和
猫猫建立band。
推荐给在大华盛顿地区的童鞋们。明天是shelter新地址的grand opening，这个月收养
猫猫都有优惠。shelter长期有low cost 的neuter/spay program给猫和狗的。
最近NPR，Washington post, Gaithersburg Gazette都报到了我们shelter。

发帖数: 5418 | 18 七月末以前一直在练，一周能跑4，5个5迈，状态还不错。八月初生了一场大病，之后
搬家换工作旅游好久不跑，上周跑了两次4迈，都非常惨烈。这个周末有朋友来，陪玩
陪吃的，也没来得及提前注册等等，前一晚被家猫抢了一晚上枕头没睡好，早上还起来
晚了，连跑带颠最后在出发前一分钟戴好号码到了出发线。
出乎意料的跑出了6迈的pace，49:42。全程心肺完全没有觉得有负担，腿到后面有点抬
不起了，感觉还是没有push自己到极限。去年跑过一个5k，也是10：00的pace，跑完了
觉得肺都要炸了，没想到一年断断续续跑下来还真是有进步。
最后给paws chicago做个广告，已有宠物需要疫苗，neutered的欢迎来我们在26街的
clinic

I like 1130 better than 2130.
For Lz's mileage, I would suggest to run on neutral shoe to build up muscles
. I wouldn't use any of the "super cushioning" type. For instance, I prefer
Asics Cumulus over Nimbus. So my recommendation is Asics Cumulus / Mizuno
Wave rider( if you have narrow foot, Mizuno tends to run narrower) , you can
also use Asics 1130/1140.
I am switching from stability shoe to neuteral shoe, Cumulus seems to work
very well. My problem is I have 3 new pairs of 2130 |

我们有两只猫猫，american shorthair，一只黄色（内向，安静），一只黑色（外向，
粘人），两只都是Neutered Male，非常健康，脾气超好，和我家的两个小孩（2岁和3
个月大）都和平共处，从不打架。
8年前他们还是小奶猫的时候来到我家，把他们送走是我们始料不及的，我们因为工作
的原因不得已要海龟了，回去后要与父母同住，我妈妈去年突发高烧住院1个多月，后
来才发现是对他们刚领养的小狗过敏，所以就算把猫猫带回国我们也不得不给他们找新
主人，现在希望能在纽约给他们找个新家，希望新主人能好好待他们。
